Aaron was so helpful in resizing my photos and working with me to get the photos sent in and printed out thank you so much. If you need help with a specific project I would for sure recommend him.

Disgusting rip-off company who use misleading images on the website. I purchased the Complete Harmony Light Desk and Bookcase Pack - Sonoma Light Oak Product code: 439112 that clearly has a picture showing x2 4-part drawers, however was sent a cupboard unit (two shelf) that is NOT shown in the product main image. Spoke to customer services who stated 'they have to use the images provided by the supplier' even if it does not accurately show what you are buying. They claim as it lists everything you get it is not their problem. Deceitful selling and poor customer service!

Good afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear about your experience . The item you refer to is something we can get direct from the supplier for you but we do not stock it. I am sorry if you feel the picture on the web is misleading , I will speak to the team and have it removed. When you order the items they come up as an individual shot of the item you are purchasing and the item you refer to does not appear in any of the graphics as it is not product we stock and the product code 439112 doe not refer to that item, it refers to;
Harmony Light 2 Shelf Wide Bookcase
Harmony Light 5 Shelf Wide Bookcase
Door Drawer Pack - Sonoma Light Oak
Cupboard Door Pack - 1x Sonoma Light Oak and 1x Framed Glass Doors
I have left you a message today to call me to discuss this further in thehope i can resolve the matter for you. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
