Office GSM made every effort to help me uninstall Microsoft Office 365 and replace it with Word 2024.
It didn't originally work, so I sent several messages and they responded to assist me with uninstalling MS 365 and installing MS Word 2024 which was what I originally wanted

The original software I ordered was incompatible with my MS 365 installation. GSM exchanged for free another version that worked with my computer within 2 days. I was very happy with their technical help and resolution.

Excellent price and easy to download. Will use this website for future software needs.

12/20/2025: Finally got the help I needed & was able to get the product activated. The customer service was excellent as Officegsm responded right away. It took several back & forth emails, but I have my product & it works.**
Buyer beware. I did receive the Office product I purchased however it will not activate. I have called two different numbers that I found as well as sent several emails. No response from anyone & the phone numbers are bogus. You cannot get through as it rings busy.

Purchase an office product from Officegsm, and payment was confirmed almost as soon as I hit the "add to cart" icon. Got a welcome to Officegsm membership email instead of the instant download I was expecting. No links to anything else. My inquiries go unanswered.

Had trouble installing a purchased Windows License. Email from seller provided detailed instructions on how to convert from an evaluation edition and install the license. Great price.

Easy download worked 1st time don't go too much on negative reviews good customer service just check spam cause my download went there

With some trepidation not knowing this company, I took a chance they were reputable and placed an order for a windows 11 Microsoft key. While it took a few hours after submitting my order before receiving their email with the key and software link, the software installed exactly as guided. Executing the Word and Excel programs worked perfectly. Following this transaction I highly recommend OfficeGSM as a reliable company that can provide the Microsoft software you desire at a very affordable price.

Ordered Windows 11 Pro, received the activation key for 5 computers, and when I went to enter the activation key, i immediately received the message "invalid product key" but they took our money faster than we got the bad key. I have tried calling every number I can find, and they are all inactive.

The Officegsm support team was very helpful. I didn't understand how the whole process worked and they helped me thru it. They were timely in their responses to my requests. In addition, I made a mistake and made an order I shouldn't have. When I explained the situation to them, they credited my credit card to the mistaken charge. That is something that is unheard of. I would use them for future software purchases and recommend them to friends/associates.

Scam company. This company immediately took money out of my account, and did not send a receipt or the product. There is no customer service. I have written countless emails with zero response. Everything they state on their site is a lie. Stay away from this scam company.

I bought s Office 2019 from another place online and it went very good. I saw the prices for officegsm for another computer for office , and gave them a try. The Serial number I was given didn't go through, the page came back on the install, it said that serial number had been used to many times. I went through the procedure of taking snapshots of all this, sent the email to their support customer service, 6 hours later, not a peep. a 2nd attempt got their attention. I got it going, but I kept digging on my own,,, I would next time just get the 'official key (mailed, and put it in), no funny business with activation codes. I did that before just like when you buy in the regular stores, and save this online downloading from unknown places. It wasn't worth trying to save $10. I will leave 3 stars, because it works now. This is most likely OEM, not Retail, and wish they had to state this on their sales.

Ordered from this outfit 3 days ago. Paid the fee and as of today they won't answer my emails and I still have not received the license keys as promised. I'd give it no stars. Stay away from this scam outfit.

My order was quickly delivered by email and the setup went without any problems. Truly a wonderful purchase. The Office Pro will be a great help in my studies.

Mi experiencia comprando Microsoft Office 2021 con OfficeGSM fue excelente. Cada paso en el mensaje de las instrucciones funcionó perfectamente. Hay que ser muy cuidadoso typing números con muchos dígitos. Yo opté, para optener el Confirmation ID, llamar directamente al número telefónico de Microsoft que ofrece la ventana del Registration Wizard. Allí opté por el idioma Español y pude obtener sin dificultades el Confirmation ID. El Office instaló y trabaja perfectamente. Adicionalmente, yo seguí las instrucciones de OfficeGSM y les envié una captura de la ventana para optener el Confirmation ID. Ese envío lo hice replicando al mensaje del customer service y adjuntando la captura. Me respondieron sin problemas con el mismo Confirmation ID (como era de esperarse) que ya yo había optenido cuando llamé directamente a Microsoft. Como con cualquier instalación de Office de Microsoft, Usted debe garantizar que no hay ninguna otra versión del Office instalada en la PC. Todo el proceso no duró más de 30 minutos. Gracias.
