My accountant just reminded me i brought a KAB chair a little over 3 years ago from this company. If we consider my office chairs used to last a maximum of 6 months i think its safe to say these chairs are the best.

aside from that it was over 3 years ago and i dont recall any issues with delivery etc.

I was looking for a high quality ergonomic office chair for my home office, and after deciding on my preferred choice, began to research where I could make my purchase. Fortunately one of my internet searches revealed that Office Chairs UK had the exact chair I was looking for in stock. I called them to make sure it was available and Richard the sales Director confirmed that “it was most definitely in stock” and the price was the best I could find. I was a little worried as I had never dealt with Office Chairs UK before, and ordering online can at times turn into a nightmare from my past experiences, but I needn’t have been worried. It arrived securely packed in the most robust box you could imagine, and I am delighted with the service I received from Richard and everyone involved in getting my new chair packed and shipped to me. I would most definitely recommend Office Chairs UK to anyone looking for a new office chair. I am sure my Humanscale chair will last a long time but if I do ever need to replace it, Office Chairs UK will be my first choice.

I haven't purchased a chair from Office Chairs UK yet but will do so today. I called them to mention that an option of frame colour was not available on their site and within 10mins they had added the option to order with much more favourable pricing than on the manufacturer's own site! That's 5star service even without having ordered yet!

I recently purchased a chair base and ran into an issue with misleading product description regarding the inclusion of castors.

The product description explicitly states, "Available with or without castors," leading me to believe that I could choose the version that suits my needs. However, upon receiving the product, I discover that the castors were not included, despite the pictures clearly depicting the base with castors.

Seeking clarification, I reached out to customer support. Instead of acknowledging the ambiguity in the product description and the mismatch with the provided images, I was simply directed to purchase the castors separately from their website.

While the chair base itself is fine and arrived on time, the overall experience has left me with a sense of frustration and a reluctance to trust the accuracy of the product descriptions.

Purchased a chair from them in 2015. 8 years later, when my back support and one of the chair arms broke, I contacted them to dig down my warranty and ask for help for spare parts rather than buy a new chair. Admittedly I wasn't too hopeful and thought they'd ignored my email. To my surprise, not only did they help me out with it, but they ordered me for free (as part of the warranty) all the spare parts needed so I was able to extend the life of my chair by another few good years. Very impressed with the service and the help I got from Dean, one of the warehouse managers. Couldn't recommend them enough.
