Outstanding service from start to finish. I ordered a Herman Miller Setu Design Your Own office chair, which arrived on Monday, exactly on schedule. The chair looks and feels superb. Exactly on spec! Love the fact that the MD has his finger on the pulse and personally called to verify my order at the start of the process - and on a Sunday. That's a rare treat in today's world, it's brilliant for the customer. Dean, who arranged delivery was most excellent with his communication, careful delivery and cheerfulness. All round a happy experience, great service, competitive price and lovely attention to detail.

A very easy process, I spoke with the help centre first, and they guided me through the process and how to create an order etc.

The process from placing the order for the chair to delivery was very good. One criticism is that the colour samples on the configuration page online are not very accurate. My chosen colour ended up being much lighter that I thought it would be. The chair is excellent quality though.

The chairs are an excellent quality with service to match.

excellent service - delivered as promised

First I have to menrion the quality of neck rest which I bought is perfect but the negative experience was about the delivery. From the time I ordered to the day I received it took almost 1 month and there is not any email about when you will be receiving your order. I called one time and the guy just told me it's not sent yet. That's it!!

I got my chair delivered shortly after the order. Great service!

Excellent. They build to order so you get exactly what you want and aren't limited to what is in stock. Very good price and delivered on schedule 6 weeks later.

Very happy with the service, although it took a little bit of time to arrive (Herman Miller Chair) thats totally understandable. Placed an order and the next day they remarked the estimated arrival time in note.
The delivery time is exactly in the remarked week. An SMS was sent to reconfirm if someone would be at home to sign off the delivery.
The whole process is smooth and clear!

Appalling experience, avoid transacting with this company. Tried to order chair online, their payment system did not work. No confirmation email, no notification. They charged my card and 2 months later called to deliver. I told them I had already purchased from another supplier yet the refused to refund me even when they had not delivered the chair.

Great customer service - I had to go away on short notice for family bereavement so would not be around for delivery of the chairs I ordered. Contacted them and they were able to hold the chairs for a month until I came back. Would highly recommend.

An armrest support on my Humanscale chair broke. I contacted Dean, not necessarily realising that my chair was still under warranty. Dean made the claim for me and arranged Tony, a Humanscale engineer, to visit to effect the repair. Tony arrived at the exact time agreed, did the work required in a few minutes and the chair was as good as new. The whole process was trouble-free and undertaken very efficiently. Just excellent service.

Had some issues with royal mail, got lots of help from Dean working out my order. Really great customer service.
