IMPORTANT NOTICE! From April 2024, OfferNation.Com will no longer endorse Trustpilot as a source for reliable reviews. We have removed references, and promotion related to Trustpilot, and we disregard all reviews left after 1st March 2024. ___________________________________________________________ We have worked with a variety of Review sites over the last few years and our recommended alternative is Feefo for the following reasons. ___________________________________________________________ 1- At Feefo, all reviews left relating to OfferNation.Com have been left by people who have been required complete at least 1 Identification check. ___________________________________________________________ 2- At Feefo ,all reviews left relating to OfferNation.Com are left by people who can provide actual physical evidence to show a real user experience. ___________________________________________________________ 3 - At Feefo, all reviews left relating to OfferNation.Com are genuine, with no fakes. ___________________________________________________________ As a business we have paid out over $10 million dollars to our members for sharing their opinions, and have established ourselves as a Legitimate Paid Survey Site. This can be verified by checking out Feefo as suggested, or by viewing factual information such as details of the payments we’ve actually sent to real people here - https://www.offernation.com/members/withdraw/list.php ___________________________________________________________ Despite being early adopters of member generated reviews, we now believe that declining security checks & procedures at Trustpilot are putting all their users at an unacceptable risk of exposure to fake reviews. When it is possible to post a false and defamatory review from a fake account with no requirement to provide actual evidence of a genuine experience, there is a clear problem which needs to be addressed. ___________________________________________________________ We believe this shows a lack of respect and integrity for everyone who relies on these reviews to make decisions. ___________________________________________________________ It is incredibly important that people are able to find accurate reviews online. As a result, we have worked hard, establishing ourselves as one of the most reliable and legitimate paid surveys sites on trusted review platforms. Our decision to remove our support from Trustpilot is not one we’ve taken lightly, but it is necessary based on what we feel is a complete disregard for their site users. ___________________________________________________________ We'll now focus solely on improving our service for members and will no longer respond to any reviews on Trustpilot or acknowledge them as having any worth. ___________________________________________________________ The OfferNation.Com Team

I open this app today to complete surveys for 3hours thinking is real but they deceive me with fake points and as I withdrew that points I recieve nothing to my PayPal but a message removing my account and log me out. All my information stolen and time wasted. Don’t try I repeat it is a scam as of 2024

A waste of your time
You spend most of your time not qualifying for surveys. I don’t know how they have so many positive reviews. Can I really “trust” Trustpilot? Lol.

Hi,
We've requested your account details and once received will provide a full and factual response.
Your ability to qualify for surveys provided by our external advertisers is typically based on a number of factors such as your location, gender, age, occupation etc. so not something we have a lot of control over.
The quality of your previous responses can also have quite a large impact on how many surveys our advertisers can offer. Better quality responses ensure more available surveys.
In relation to whether or not you can "trust" truspilot, sadly nowadays not as much as you could 6-8 years ago. A number of changes mean that people can now leave false and defamatory reviews on businesses without having to prove they are real, or even that they had a genuine experience with the business.
We'd recommend either Feefo or Reviews.io where at least you can guarantee the reviews are from people who've used the service. If Trustpilot ever resolve their issues, then they would be the best,, but sadly they've dropped drastically over the last few years.
We look forward to receiving your account details.

Offernation is a great site to answer paid surveys. I would like to take this opportunity to thank their customer support team for your excellent service and apologize for the tone of my request via a support ticket. I highly recommend Offernation as a great site to answer surveys for cash rewards. Their payment is always very prompt and my PayPal was credited in less than 6 hours. Excellent job.

Account Flagged When Payout Requested
Account Flagged When Payout Requested. This site is not working out, and I simply want to get my earnings and quit using it. When I requested the payout my account was flagged. A support ticket was created, the site demanded that I provide the following information:
1 - In months and years, please confirm how long you've been living at your current address.
2 - Please can you confirm how you found our site (eg. Search, recommendation etc.)
3 - Please can you confirm the subject or requirements of the last survey or offer you completed.
4 - Please confirm the phone number used when registering on our site.
I see absolutely no reason why they need the first, the second is just so they can milk more information out of me, the third they have in their records and as I utilize multiple such sites I do not record every survey, the the fourth, I would be happy to provide.
This is an insane list of requirements that the site basically has no need to know.

Hi,
Thanks for leaving a review.
We have a number of security checks in place to ensure the integrity of the our site, the quality of data our advertisers receive & deal with larger potential threats.
The security questions you've listed are some initial security questions we use to establish what security checks if any we need to carry out. Most of the information requested we already have, & the checks simply verify the accuracy.
While we won't disclose the background of these questions to ensure that potential fraud users cannot use the information on this post to bypass our checks, we can confirm the questions have been carefully chosen to identify potential issues, & have been very successful in preventing fraud on our site.
Once you provide a response to those questions you are then likely to to have to complete one further security check, either:
1 - Validation of the registered name/address. A simple check that helps us to meet KYC regulations, to ensure that our payments are being sent to valid accounts registered in the correct name & prevents money laundering.
2 – A verification check on the surveys or offers credited on our site to ensure that they were completed correctly & as per the advertisers’ instructions. This helps to prevent, amongst other things, fraud, offer duplication, survey speeding & more. The process typically takes between 30 & 60 days.
Every security check is there for a reason & based on our experience over the last 13 years of paying people for taking part in market research surveys & offers. We continually update & improve these as required based on the activity on our site.
Some other relevant facts linked to our security checks.
1 - Our company has been online for over 13 years paying people for their participation in surveys & offers. All validated payments are issued to our members on average in less than 4 hours.
2 – We have paid out over $2 million dollars in rewards to our valued members at Offernation alone & continue to issue several thousand dollars every day. Full details of all payments issued can be found on our site.
3 - All members who abide by the terms of our site will have no issues with getting paid. We guarantee that all payments can be sent where no issues have been found. Only where there is a serious breach of terms, for example fraud, would a payment be correctly denied.
4 - All tickets/emails receive a response in under 8 hours, but normally much less.
Once any security checks are successfully completed your account can be reactivated & you will be able to proceed with your withdrawals (which will be processed with 8 hours as per our payment promise) & should you wish to then close your account, simply raise a support ticket (again that will be dealt with in under 8 hours).
We trust this addresses your current concerns & look forward to assisting you with the completion of these simple security checks to get your account reactivated.
Thanks for providing your account details. We’ve summarized the situation with your account below:
Your account was flagged on 23rd Oct to complete our security checks.
Part 1 involved answering the questions you’ve detailed above, & then based on the response a simple “KYC” check was all that was required.
You confirmed you had emailed documents to us, & we had responded several times to confirm that the required documents had not been received. As it later transpires this was the result of you sending them via an email provider with a high risk flag which prevented them from reaching our inbox.
While this issue was being discussed, we offered alternative ways to send documents as it was clear there was an issue.
This was finally resolved when you took up our suggestion to send from an alternative email and you were reactivated a few minutes later.
We then received your withdrawal request, however we spotted the account was incorrect & advised you of this so you can resend this with the correct details.
Banned for no reason
Don’t use this website I just got banned because a survey took away my money and I tried to contact support then they said they can’t do anything about it. Then when I looked a tried to do an offer they said my account was marked as an cheater and I contacted them once again but then they said “ Hi,
You have been banned ofr using fake information on your account.” and then they banned me I thought I could trust this site since I made a decent amount of money but they banned me for no reason and I also verified my account so it would be impossible for me to have fake information smh.
Update:
Don’t trust this site at all they just lied about me giving false information or identification even though I used my real id and for them to lie about this shows that they are not trustworthy go to a different site to make money and save your time people.
Don’t believe them at all I literally have email proof that I sent my real id and they saying I didn’t provide my information please don’t trust the website they will steal your information and they will lock your account so you can’t withdraw any money that you have earned.
Also they need to tell people the truth that they close peoples accounts for no reason even the people that rates this site 1 star says the same thing about this website PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME A USE ANOTHER WEBSITE THIS WEBSITE WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION DONT TRUST THIS WEBSITE NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU.
Stop lying to the readers and own up to your own lies that u banned people for no reason even if they REAL ID is real and the admin just banned people who has done nothing wrong literally all of the one star reviews says y’all banned people for no reason by labeling them as an “cheater” and it’s so wrong because the admin still lie about the reason why they ban people this site should honestly be taking down for false information.
Also it’s funny how they also didn’t mention that I have email proof that I showed my true identity smh this is unbelievable stay away from this site.
(Hi don’t waste your time because the response team lies to you and ban your account for no valid reason have a nice day and don’t waste your time on offer nation website or you will get scammed like the rest of us in the end have a nice day everyone.)

Hi,
(We will no longer respond to this person due their continued lies and deception. Our time will be focused on continuing to pay our members, but the facts are below.)
As per the response you already received, we can confirm that you were correctly banned for our site for committing serious fraud and using fake information to register. You will not be allowed back to our site under any circumstances as that type of behavior will not be tolerated.
Be clear, you did not use your real information to register & have produced no ID to verify the details are real, that is why you were correctly banned from our site. We do not tolerate people registering fake information on our site. We suggest taking responsibility & the resulting consequences of your your own actions, and stop trying to prevent others from earning on a legitimate website by writing false revenge reviews simply because you made bad choices.
If that wasn't bad enough, your now coming back making false claims about stealing information in addition to the other lies you've told. Disgusting behavior showing a complete lack of integrity & respect for the readers of this site but to be expect from someone who thinks it's ok to register fake information. Note we said, you failed to produce a document showing your registered information was real, and that's a fact as is everything else we've posted. Sadly, you cannot say the same.
*As above, we did refer to email documentation you sent, & confirmed it did not match the fake information you registered, therein lies the problem! Registering fake is fraud. It's not fixed by later sending real ID. We notice you fail to acknowledge you registered fake information though.
Every security check we have is in place for a reason & based on our experience over the last 13 years of paying people for taking part in market research surveys & offers.
Where we detect clear fraudulent activity, as in your case, you are banned permanently.
While we would prefer to be able to operate our site without having to use such security measures, it is an unfortunate consequence of our business that paying people for taking part in research surveys & offers, that these are required.
1 - Our company has been online for over 13 years paying people for their participation in surveys & offers. All validated payments are issued to our members on average in less than 4 hours.
2 – We have paid out over $6.5 million dollars in rewards to our valued members & continue to issue several thousand dollars every day.
To claim it would be impossible to register with fake information is simply nonsense. It is your responsibility to enter the required information when you join, and while we expect you to use real details, it is simple for you to decide not to and type fake information as has happened in this case. Your account was not completely verified, you simply confirmed your email address. The actual information your registered was fake and cannot be verified.
For Readers:
Due to the issues with Trustpilot, we do not currently approve, support, or promote their services. We feel they currently open their reviewers to the risk of legal action due to a lack of care over what is being posted & their subsequent handling of reported reviews. We believe this also increases the chances of fake & fraudulent reviews being posted, like this one, which mislead their readers & unfairly damage businesses. We would advise anyone looking for balanced reviews to consider those found on sites such as Feefo or Reviews.io.
The surveys on Offernation
The surveys on Offernation, are interesting, and payment is promptly sent.
