On-line reviews were very favorable (4 +) for this item.
I chose just this item. I was not shown my selection before the payment was processed. Almost immediately, my bank sent me a potential fraud notification. I told the bank that I had ordered 1 item from them but they had added 2 additional items and a 14 day subscription for something called "Rejuvacare", that would automatically renew. I then called to cancel the entire order. I was told I would have to pay a $20 restocking charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that no supervisor was available. I was told that it would take 10 to 14 days for the refund to be processed. Website uses deceptive practices. Customer service personnel were professional, but made it difficult to cancel. They came back with 3 counter-offers before accepting the cancellation.

Months ago I bought a FootRenew for the neuropathy on the bottom of my feet. After leaving it behind when I went on vacation it wouldn't charge. Before throwing it out I thought I should reach out to the Support team and ask if there was a way to kick-start it back to life. After several emails back and forth they asked for a video showing the problem. I did and they are sending me a replacement! I felt it was the right thing to do but did not expect them to do it! Also I learned in our email exchange that the display was supposed to show levels of vibration and heat. Mine never did. It was clearly defective but I didn't know that. It's rare in this day and age that companies believe in their product enough to make it right with their customers. It's very appreciated and has totally changed my view of this company. I would highly recommend them now!

I called about a transaction on my credit card that I didn't recognize. It turned out to be a membership that I wasn't aware of. Anna took care of my problem and arranged for a refund for the amount charged. She was very understanding and pleasant.

WORST online shopping EVER
This has been the WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. I ordered and paid $116 for a product on 2/9/26 and, as of 3/11/26 the product has not been delivered. I've reached out to RejuvaCare via email 6-8 times, I get a response saying "sorry for the delay," but I still haven't rec'd the product and it's been more than a month. I suspect fraud.

This device didn't fit my shoulder even with the extensions. When I held the unit in place I felt no relief. When trying to reach this company by phone I would get voice mail and every call was disconnected after7 minutes. Trying to reach customer service by email was a nightmare and when they applied a $42.95 recurring chage on my visa for no additional purchase. Their 100% money back warranty is also a scam as they won't give you a shipping label. I reported this fraudulent company and put their account in dispute. I recommend you stay away from this company

I paid for the brace in full which by the way I saw on temu for 5.00 dollars after purchasing it. I've blocked you from any future charges on my card so don't even try!!! If anyone is considering buying any of their products DONT!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

The product and service are exceptional
The product itself works well: in a week of use, it has alleviated - but not yet eliminated - the pain in my right-shoulder rotator cuff. The hope is that, with continued use, the repairs will be complete and - after chiropractic care and several cortisone injections did little to help - I ultimately will be pain-free.
Kudos also go to RejuvaCare’s customer service: I had a question in respect of the positioning of the device, and their response was prompt, clear, polite, professional, and spot-on helpful.
All in all, I am quite glad I purchased and now use daily this product.

SIEGE did a great job in resolving unauthorized billing. Not a fan of the overall way your company does business. Received product on 2/27 with 14 day free access, but my credit card was billed on 3/3 .... never received e-mail to authorize or opt out of this charge - not a very honest way of doing business ---- again, Siege was good in resolving.
