This company stands by their products, and truly cares about people's well-being. When the shoulder device proved not to be helpful for me, Christian jumped right on it to refund my purchase. I was shocked that a company like this cared so much! Very rare these days. I am forever grateful to Christian and Rejuvacare for renewing my faith in Humanity.

Poor customer service…
Company refused to allow return of 2 Triple Method Shoulder Messager (1 used, 1 unused) which did not provide relief. Was told I had to wait until July before I could return (I called them at the beginning of May) I also believe they are charging $42.50 for a service I have never used. Would like a return and refind of all charges. Want to return 1 used and 1 unused shoulder devices for credit. Please provide return information.

Great Customer Service! I had a problem with the charges for your product unrelated to Rejuvacare involving my bank. Due to some issues with the bank and the charges I reached out to your Customer Service and a delightful person, named Maira promptly responded even over the weekend and was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction completely so I could resolve the issues with my bank. This is the type of customer service that encourages customers to do business and continue doing a business with at company.

Received 2 foot massage units
Received 2 foot massage units. Neither would charge only received an LL on the display. Was informed to send a video and never received a call back. Also received a leg message unit that would not charge. Called and was given the option of them sending replacement units, upon receipt back to them or a Refund. I opted for a Refund and was informed that I was responsible to return their defective merchandise. Don't waste your money and it cost me $18.00 to send their "Trash" back to them and now I have to hope that I get a Refund for the monies I laid out. I was really hopeful at receiving the benefits to my body, as was relayed in their Video. Quality control is obviously an issue. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your hard earned money on these products!

Your Agent, Cris, was very helpful and very understanding of the problems I had with the original product presentation and sales pitch. I almost felt that I was being scammed top purchase other products such as vitamins along with the Back Massager. So I cancelled the order with my credit card company. THEN the product was shipped to me and it works well!
NOW the full price was refunded and I wanted to pay for it with a check and not a credit card that could be scammed.
SO, Cris was very helpful in discussing my problem with her superiors and coming to the resolution that after my problems they said I could keep the product as a complimentary gift.
SO, with all of these things happening I am very happy with the product and the personal service that the company allowed in my case.

I tried to buy lymph foot massager on site after infomercial ad in People magazine. Site offered 1 unit for $34.99 which I put in basket and proceeded to check out but instead taken to new offer for calf massagers and then a thank you for your order for 2 foot massagers and 2 calf massagers for a total of $228.00 on my card.
I immedately contacted my bank and Rejuvacare who told me my order has already shipped (5 minutes) I sent numerous emails to company to cancel but they will not so I cancelled my credit card, These people are commiting fraud. Do not trust!
5/26, 5 days after the bogus charges I have received a full refund from this company' this has been a stressful experience but bc of trustpilot I received this refund. I will now be very wary of offers that sound like and are too good to be true.

It was a horrible experience
It was a horrible experience. I ordered the rejuvenating shoulder, but they charged me twice. I then noticed I was charged twice for a knee, which I never ordered or received. So now, a total of 4 payments. I only ordered the shoulder because, as a health care professional in alternative care, I wanted to assess if my patients could benefit from it. I had to claim my card for FRAUD, pay for a new card, and my bank looked into it and reversed charges to me. They told me Rejuvacare is a scammer. The one shoulder I have, I trashed it. They are no good! Sharon
