Poor Service, Rude Owner.
An awful company, not fit to to deal with.
You upload your property online with them and making alterations has taken 5 days to request and is still marked as 'pending and never gets updated on all the major portals for selling a house. No place to upload an EPC, viewings take days to come through and when they do they go to your email in bulk and not on the property portal.
Run on a shoe-string outfit.
The owner, Dougal Hutle,y called me yesterday and admitted he is a start up company struggling with funding and agreed with my frustrations. Told him to refund me, but still ignored, still no updated property.

Off Agent is a self-service property listing platform. Listing changes are submitted for review to ensure portal compliance and are not instant, particularly where updates affect live feeds to third-party portals.
EPCs and viewing enquiries are supported through the platform and delivered via the contact details selected by the seller. Enquiry notifications are sent by email by design so sellers receive all buyer interest directly.
We do not recognise the claim that any refund was agreed and then ignored, nor that any statements regarding funding or business viability were made. We are happy to provide full account and billing records to Trustpilot for verification if required.
If the reviewer believes there is a specific outstanding issue, we encourage it to be raised directly with Trustpilot or via support so it can be reviewed against the account history.

Total game changer - imagine this is going to really shake up the real estate industry. Minimal cost, didn’t think much about it and then sold my house though it in under a month, saved a small fortune. Thanks guys!

10 days from listing to offer
10 days from listing to offer - that’s been unmatched by the traditional agents we had been trying to sell through whose advise to us had been to remove it for the summer and try again in September.
Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Managed to get my property listed on the major portals
Managed to get my property listed on the major portals for only £129 a month.
Have had lots of enquiries and so refreshing to be in charge of when people come and view- I arranged my own open house and got it looking exactly how I wanted it!
It’s self service so you don’t get the hand holding you do from high street agents but I appreciate I am working a bit more to get the commission I’ve technically earnt!

It s good value but. .
It s good value, but there have been issues with the monthly fee not being reduced as they promised me at the beginning. Sometime it is awkward to use their self service website, and sometimes my requests for support have not been responded to.

We’re a self service platform where you can upload properties and get them onto the portals, all sales enquiries are then automatically sent through. If an advert isn’t generating enquiries we can advise but it’s down to the user to make any changes.

I really felt that I could sell my house better than an estate agent as we had done so much work to the house and was really able to explain to prospective buys everything we had done that will ultimately benefit them.
Overall a great experience.

Excellent Company, Excellent Value!
Having been registered with another online agent, who charged over £100 for a monthly Rightmove listing, I found OffAgent excellent value, plus with the personal excellent customer service from Dougal
From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. The platform was user-friendly and made listing my property easy. Communication was first Class; the team was always available to answer questions and provide updates. The professional photos showcased my property beautifully, attracting numerous potential buyers. I highly recommend this online property agent to anyone looking to sell their home hassle-free!

I sold my house in 15 days
I sold my house in 15 days, including exchanging contracts. The viewers poured down, and all of them were real, genuine people looking for a house.
From last July to the beginning of January I tried four traditional agents, sometimes two at the same time. I never got an offer.
With the traditional agents all the viewers were local. With OffAgent most of them were some distance away, one even from the Bahamas. This type of person is more likely to but my house.
With OffAgent the seller deals directly with the buyers. It's fast, quick and easy to change times. The buyers also like it.
Give it a shot, it's the new house buying technology. It always takes time for something new to pick up speed. Look at electric cars. They had a bit of a runway to get going but look at them now.
