The service is fantastic and the delivery is fast

Small order, decent price, arrived in a few days. Very happy.

Amazing customer service , and wide selection of kits ,finally with new Votom kits :) .Best Gundam hobby store in Scotland.

I have been ordering my Gunpla needs through OEShop for over a year now and it never disappoints! There was a delay on my latest order (Christmas season so understandable) but customer support response was quick and their actions assisted in sorting out the delay.

Ordered twice now and had contact via Instagram with Eri who was absolutely fantastic. Prices are excellent and service is cracking

I am thrilled with my recent purchase (January 2024) from OE Shop. The online store has a wide range of gunpla and modelling tools, in particular a comprehensive stock of DSPIAE tools (which are perfect for customising model kits). The three gunpla kits and several tools I ordered were well priced and arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was excellent (thick cardboard box, bubble wrap and cardboard inserts) and the parcel arrived within only two days.

I am extremely pleased with my order and will certainly come back to OE Shop again for my future gunpla needs.

Very fast delivery, excellent price and everything was well packaged when it arrived.

My first time buying from this company. Delivery was quick and the items was well packed. I will definitely use oeshop again.

Always fast delivery and well packed!

I've used OE Shop several times now and not once have they let me down. Well priced items, rapidly seem to get new items in from overseas, lightning fast delivery and turnaround on orders being placed. They really seem to know their stuff and the few times I've needed help, they step up. Very impressive and they deserve your business.

Super fast delivery, well packaged goods and an extensive range which allowed me to find exactly what I was after!

Fantastic, well packaged, asked for a perfect figure box and received just that, would definitely buy here again.

Fast and efficient with a personal touch 👍

This company is great. Ordered from them many times.
Always fast to fulfil orders and well packaged.
10/10

Bought a few items just before Christmas and wasnt expecting it to ship until after the 25th but the package came within 2 days of ordering.
All the items were well packaged and the acrylic paints were nicely wrapped in bubble wrap and aside from one the gunpla boxes being slightly damaged it was great experience buying from them.

Excellent customer service, good communication, delivery of goods on time.

Arrived promptly, well packaged, no complains.
