Compnay will scam you order a part and tought I would get the full part that was in the pictures and description and it was not the full part it was just a peice of it

I offered a simple OEM Jeep Radio around September 18-20th. Estimated arrival was supposed to be the 28th. HERE WE ARE almost a month later with no refund and the radio is still stuck with the shipping label created. DO NOT BIY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are clearly scamming people.

I bought an alternator from oem used auto it was shipped in a day after I ordered it and then was lost in the mail. I realize the the co has nothing to do with the mail.I need my car to run so I bought another alternator. after 3 weeks I finally got the alt. you shipped I have contacted you 3 times without a replay that is why I am gving you a 1 star review very bad customer service!

Did not come with screws. the screws that held the bowl on will not fit the cylinder, my screws will not fit the screw holes, the metal sleeves for the bowl we're not cut probably so they would not fit in my saw and allow the crank to Center

Took too long for shipping even with extra pay.. bullshit..

These people are an absolute scam. On July 6th, 2026, I purchased a used 5.7L Gen III Hemi for $3,200. I have never received the engine. I was never given a refund. They stopped taking my calls.

I pray these people get arrested for theft. They are absolute crooks. Buyer beware!!!!!

Complete rip off. After waiting past the month ETA I start calling about my missing transmission. They claim I need to wait longer. Waited longer, Then I start calling about a refund, again told I need to wait 15 days. Wait the 15 days, still no part or refund. Calling constantly because I need the money returned and they tell me to F off and call my bank. DON'T USE THEM, EVER!

Purchased a used rear fusebox for a 09 caddy, part that came was melted and did not function, only correspondance with them is via email which they have ai responses until you ask for a human to respond about setting up a return. Then it will no longer respond. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I had paid an extra $20 for a warranty on the part, and when I claimed it, they responded right away, checked if they had the same part available, and since they didn't, they refunded me the full amount. Cheap and was as advertised. Got here when you said it would. So everything was as promised. Ill definitely be buying from you guys again. Good job

The Part did not work and all I wanted was my money back!!!!

The blinker lens was cracked and glued. Too many scratches all over and one major scratch. The picture was misleading and nothing was stated about the cracked lens.

Ordered what was supposed to be tested, used part. Apparently it was used and tested by the damn crash test dummies! Broken clips upon arrival and no broken pieces in the box which tells me it was packed broken. Absolute garbage company!

Avoid OEM Used Auto Parts (oemusedautoparts1.com) at all costs. They are a completely untrustworthy operation hiding behind a website.
I ordered a part from them, and they completely ripped me off. They sent me a completely broken/defective part. They debited my account. The car radio for a Honda CRV arrived with out the face. Completely useless and non-functional.
When I tried to contact customer service to get a refund or a replacement, they responded to the first two emails claiming they were going to resolve the matter. After that they completely disappeared and ghosted me. I had no alternative but to contact my bank. And initiate a fraudulent claim.
They take your money, ship junk (or nothing), and then disappear. Check their F-rating on the BBB before you even think about giving them a dime. I am forcing a chargeback through my bank. Save yourself the massive headache and buy your auto parts from a legitimate, verified local salvage yard instead.

Very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered an overhead console for my 2013 Ram 1500, and the part I received was dirty and damaged in multiple areas. The condition was nowhere near what I expected from a used OEM part being sold to a customer. It got even worse when I tried installing it. The console became stuck in the overhead mounting area and was extremely difficult to remove. After installing it, the dome lights worked, but later my truck battery was completely dead. I can't say with certainty that the console caused the battery drain, but considering the condition the part arrived in, I am not comfortable reinstalling it or trusting the electrical components.I specifically bought this part expecting something usable that I could install and leave in the truck. Instead, I received a damaged, dirty part that caused me more trouble than it was worth. I'm going back to my original console and will not be using this one again. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another used part from this seller. Parts should be properly inspected and accurately represented before being shipped to customers.

One more negative review. Purchased a part it was not the right one. I wanted to exchange it or return it and buy the correct one. Followed their instructions and tried calling thevnumber but so far crickets. Do not waste your money. What you think you are saving by buying from them just turns into a more expensive deal. Super shady operation.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is truly false advertisement. What you see in the add is not what you will receive. Then when you try to reach out to OEM to fix the issue,, you'll never hear back from them.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The order process was fine the part arrived on time but it was broken and can’t be installed. After several emails back and forth promising someone would be looking into a replacement, almost a month later they stopped responding. No refund or further promises of replacement. Decent prices on the mirror and the color matched my car but the broken/missing mounting lug makes it useless. Looks like most reviews are one star reviews so what does that tell you?
