I've used the service for 1-2 years and working with Caroline for advice on how to get my personal finances in order. She helped advise me on where I should be putting my savings to protect against emergencies and ensure I'm maximising return. I don't have to communicate via web chat in order to withdraw money. Today I had a query and Bery replied to my e-mail within an hour, explaining everything very clearly.

Caroline really helped me get organised with an easy to follow action plan. Having not being very disciplined most my adult life and living with my head in the sand, I finally bit the bullet in getting my finances in order and work towards the goal of buying my first home. My biggest worry was being judged and not understanding financial terms, but Caroline was the opposite of my expectations. She was very patient, approachable, and explained things in an understandable way. Now I feel much more confident in managing my money going forward!

Been with Octopus Money for a couple years now through a workplace benefit programme, been meeting with my coach on a quarterly basis and has been a very helpful experience. I think my biggest pro to connecting with a money coach is that you have someone to stay accountable to, and makes sure you're staying on track with your spending and goals.
