EXTREMELY POOR customer service!

This company has extremely poor customer service. I ordered some pants which did not fit. I began trying to use their return process four days ago. Initially I received a return message with some questions about why the product wasn't right, but after I answered them, I have had no meaningful response in the last four days other than auto-generated messages to "kindly check" their last email. I have no answers to my questions about getting a return address or getting a phone number to contact them (which does not appear on their website, despite the language that you can call them!) and the return process has now stagnated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

kept it by my reading chair already

It’s already sitting beside my chair, and the hinge is why I kept it. That joint has enough resistance to stay where I angle it instead of slowly flopping down like a cheap drugstore one I had before. The light is a bit cooler than I expected, but the handle feels steady in hand and the lens area is large enough for maps and fine print.

I have been waiting around 4 months for…

I have been waiting around 4 months for my order.
I then received an email advising me that the package was delivered.
There was no package nor had any of my neighbors seen a delivery vehicle.
This has never happened in 20 years.

Blatant lies about the material.

I ordered a pair of cotton/linen women's shorts online from oceaniaify and received a pair of polyester/spandex shorts - very very disappointed.

I have been offered a refund.

Big pockets, finally some use

Left them on my desk after unpacking, the first thing I checked was the pocket depth—my whole phone, keys, and half my hand fit in without bulging out. Nothing loose in the seams this time, unlike the last supermarket ones I tried.

I have not received the item- I informed you that I left the location January 31, I wonder how an item would be considered delivered when the person who paid for the item didn’t personally receive the item.
