I had a large win on 2nd may and still waiting for withdrawal on 10th July! Have tried getting answers but just get fobbed off

0 stars. These companies are specifically out there to target people. They have sister companies. Ocean breeze, Spicy jackpot, mr sloty etc... they are all run by the same people and have the same mechanics but look slightly different. Withdrawal times are absolutely absurd. 7 - 21 days to make a withdrawal. I am on gamstop. Which is why I played at these casinos. There is not regulations to stop you playing here. If you could play at a casino that pays out instantly or next day... Then why wouldn't you. Why would you come and play at these blood sucking casinos? YOU WOULDN'T!. READ THIS AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. Stop playing here. They do not care about you and they will not close your account no matter how many times you email. You will be ignored. They want you to keep coming back and putting your hard earned money in their banks. If you had any sort of a big win it would take you MONTHS to get it. If they even pay you at all... please stay away from these bastards. They are killing people silently and taking their money and ruining lives. STAY AWAY.

I think this is a scam. No contact by email through the so called support team which just rejects incoming emails.

I've played on this casino for 2 years and until many other poor players waiting for their money, I have actually never won anything on here apart from an odd 20 or 30.... No big uns let's put it that way.
My advice to many of you is I have played casino and slots for about 13 years and you will never win..... I've had 2 wins of note... 3200 and 1800 on other casinos and they both did not pay out...... Please play with whatever you can afford to lose as that has been my issue.

I have money sitting in the queue since November I have watched all of the ads and I still haven’t received my payout. I have also emailed them on several occasions no response so to me I truly believe OceanBreeze Bingo is a SCAM!

After viewing the required 30 videos so I could withdraw my winning, I then had to wait in the queue because, supposedly, 2,000+ people were already ahead of me. After waiting my turn and it was time for my winning to be transferred to my cash app account, the game no longer operates. NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!

I hAve made over £2000 in 4 seperate withdrawals since June highest was £1300 waited no more than a week which is a bit poo hence thre 4 stars but least I got my dough. This company is bogus, scam. You deposit, you go through wagering, and if you win money, you have to wait for 7-21 days. As soon as the time reaches 21 days, customer service representatives come up with bogus excuses stating that they have received an overwhelming requests for the withdrawal. I waited 1 month and a half for the money to reach my account.

This is one of their website, do not trust their policies and regulations. They are not regulated by any professional body.

They want your money, your time and they will do anything to get your hard earned money.

How can I give them -1. Managed to win 800£, last year November. Initially they said the financial department are doing checks 90 days max. Guess what. They put back the money on the oceanbreeze, February tried again. Nothing yet. Don't trust them, it's a scam. Offshore laundry money and scamming people. No emails, no contact, customer support is even worse. Repetitive messages, 0 help... The governments should take illegal business like this to operate...
