Be careful when ordering from this company. When I missed their delivery I suddenly get an email saying that I will have to pay £70.80 + VAT for a re-delivery. No where when ordering from this company or the delivery company did it say this, they give you a three hour time slot at 8o’clock the night before for 10:00-13:00 the next day. When I called about this they agreed that it was a lot of money, they must have used this delivery company before and knew what these fees would be yet never warned the customer. However, the customer service did get back to me quickly when I had an issue.

Ordered a Cortina dining table. It was delivered within a couple of days. Communication was great. It took us a couple of hours to assemble but we are out of practice. The table was just what I wanted, everything matched the description and it looks high end. Everything was packed well and nothing was missing.
Overall it was very easy to order and it was a straightforward and simple process. Happy to recommend

Not happy, do not use this company. Ordered and office desk on Ebay 21.4.25. Turned up damaged. Reported it, so far waiting 5 weeks for replacement. Said parts are coming from Denmark rather than sending us a new desk complete. Avoid this company cannot sort out issues. 2.6.25.

I realised that the address I had provided was not correct so emailed Obaro to see if I could correct this. I got a call very quickly from Obaro to confirm the amended address. All went well and I got my shelves. Very glad I brought it up with them.

I recently purchased the “Snowdonia Living - 3 Seater Cushion Back Sofa Dark“ and I am so glad I did. The delivery was quicker than I expected and it’s even more stunning in person! I’ve had so many compliments from guests on how comfortable it is. Will definitely be shopping with Obarohome again in the near future!

I bought a product from this company over a year ago on eBay, one of my children went on the door and unfortunately snapped the hinge. When I couldn’t find a replacement, I thought on the off chance I’d give them an email and they’ve been nothing but helpful. I’ve managed to order a replacement hinge and a spare for £5 and it’s been delivered. You don’t get service like that anymore with 100% recommend!!!
