I have kidney stones. I need to be careful to have just the right amount of calcium each day -- not too much and not too little. There is no nutritional information on Organic Oatley Ikaffe in Sweden (and perhaps elsewhere). Instead they waste 3 sides of their one liter package with marketing nonsense -- like absolute too cute drivel that says absolutely nothing about what's actually in it. I called customer service in Malmö and Stockholm and was on hold for full hour with no one answering the phone and the switchboard not caring how many times I was redirected too them. This is terrible customer service and not at all supportive of someone with a health issue who could've been their best customer.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Love oatly. Been drinking their oatmilk for quite a while. Bit more expensive than average but tastes so well. Recently a really nice new cafe opened in my city sponsored by Oatly, so they do a lot of useful stuff. And, of course, they're very environmentally friendly!

For me Oatly is the best non-dairy milk. It is creamy and without an overwhelming taste, so it's perfect with tea and coffee. I also use it for making porridge. If you are trying to reduce dairy intake for environmental reasons this is an excellent substitute, but if you need lots of calcium in your diet, consume something else with plenty of that nutrient.

One niggle though. The carton cap has been remodeled so that it is hard to remove it completely and then screw it securely back on. More often not the carton leaks when you shake it.

The Yoghurt tastes bad , very bad.
Its fashion to make dairy-free products and very few companies succeed with offering a good taste, good quality at fare price.
The Yoghurt of Oatly seems improvised by no expert in the food sector. A cool package contains an awful taste

WARNING massive sugar drink!

I found out that Oatly has more than double the amount of sugar than normal milk... the same level of sugars you would find in a COKE. No joke. They have Maltose in there which has a 105 glycemic index so your going to get very fat and is dangerous for people with Diabetes, so take care. Other chemicals are added to make it taste nice. So not quite the friendly good for the enviroment product they are marketing it as. Also it costs pennies to produce and ends up on the shelves for pounds. This is a marketing scam.

Bought their Oatly skinny milk (light) because shop was out of what I usually get (Plenish, which isn’t delicious but okay in small quantities). The ingredients are nearly the same, so how do they make this taste so bad?! Vile! Tastes like Calpol or something. Definitely not drinkable and will be tipping it down the sink.

Horrible company. Harvest your information to enter a free offer and then decide they have run out even after they sent acknowledgement that you will get it.
Did try this item once and it gave me the runs and stomachache.
Taste bland. Other better products out there and much cheaper. Avoid.

Flera konkurrenter är mycket mer etiska och transparenta. Dessutom är konkurrenternas produkter både billigare, miljövänligare, (mer) närodlade och ofta godare.

Fråga 1: Är det miljövänligt att frakta en dryck som innehåller ca 10 % havre, 1,5 % olja och resten mestadels vatten? Och att inte räkna med transporten av produkten till affärerna i deras klimatpåverkan?

Fråga 2: Är det etiskt att använda havre som hanteras på samma fabriker som gluten och inte skriva ut att det kan innehålla spår av gluten? Flera människor med celeaki, inte minst barn, har druckit deras produkt då de/de som serverat trott att det ska vara glutenfritt, eftersom det inte står någonting annat och havre är naturligt glutenfritt. Det är som att sälja flaskvatten med tillsatt laktos (vilket dock är mindre skadligt).

Fråga 3: Hur etiskt är det att de mörklägger sina olika samarbeten med ifrågasatta företag etc. och inte heller hur de hanterar åkrarna och havret vid tillverkling?

Spent a few hours trying to get their freebie promotion AI chat bot to work on WhatsApp. Finally applied by eventually getting to the end of the buggy, wretched process. Then to only to get a message a few days later saying that it won't be honoured. Surely the wretched AI chat bot would stop accepting freebie applications once the 10k quota had been filled? Of course not, Oatly had to continue the data grab. Now I have to go to the trouble of emailing to stop them using or sharing my data. The whole exercise was a waste of my time.

Saw the Oatly ad for free tea, mug + carton, went through the entire process with confirmation it was accepted to then get a rejection. Farming data when surely it should have been an easy switch off? Will avoid Oatly where possible!

Embarrassing company, they put you through hell with their chatbot for the promise of a freebie, only to message you later to say they won't honour it. I will never ever buy their product! Data harvester, avoid.

Terrible marketing, was keen to try the free sample offer, turns out were collecting peoples data after the allocated amount had run out. Disgraceful from Oatly, avoid them like the plague, lots of other oat milk brands out there. Poor experience will never drink or try after this.

I took part in a marketing campaign that Oatly drew up which offered participants some promotional goods. The system they used to run this promotion continued to allow people to take part even while the number of redeemable promotional goods had been exceeded, or so they say...

It most definitely feels like a scam operation whereby Oatly misleadingly harvested a lot of people's private data - which no doubt they'll be selling on without our consent - without fulfilling or delivering on the promise of what participants were lead to believe.

Oatly have withdrawn from sending out the promotional items to many, many people whose data Oatly will still lucratively benefit from.

If this is how Oatly operates, I would question the quality control and substance of their products, quite frankly.

Collected a large amount of data with misleading marketing campaign. Wasted many people's time with frustrating "Super AI", AKA a WhatsApp script....

Yes, I too fell for their horrible "marketing campaign" (data harvesting) exercise on WhatsApp. It was so poorly thought out and difficult to to use (what was wrong with a form?!), and the only reason I can think of that they let it run after all packs had been (allegedly) claimed was to harvest data. If you were a victim of this too, make sure to email to get your data removed so they can't sell it. Never going to buy their drinks again.

Scam. Avoid.
Phishing for personal data via a WhatsApp scam. Don’t go near them or buy their products.

Their marketing team needs replacing.

Did so, for ages through WhatsApp, said stuff is on the way.

Few days later, sorry, you're not getting it.

So why let me give you ALL my personal info for nothing. Data harvesting with no reward. Scam.

This company ran a campaign around their product recently that had a terrible WhatsApp chat bot and seems to have been an information harvest of people's details as a lot of people have not made 'the cut' for getting any of their freebies.

If I was on the fence about buying their stuff before this then it's a definite no from me from now.
