Oaseas Anmeldelser

Excellent, fast delivery (following day). They even wrote me a handwritten letter to thank me for my purchase !

You did fantastically well, from the customer experience on your website, the product selection to the customer service and ease of returns. Kudos!

My package arrived promptly and even included a cute hand-written card. I definitely can't complain in relation to quality and service - thanks Oaseas! However the two items that I bought were wrapped in plastic, which was really disappointing considering I had specifically made an effort to buy items that used recycled materials. There's even "plastic free" branding on the side of the Oaseas box so receiving the clothes individually wrapped in unnecessary plastic packaging was frustrating to say the least!

I've been waiting for a long time to be able to easily purchase sustainable fashion online here in Switzerland (without having to pay all the expensive taxes), so Oaseas is simply the perfect website for me! Also it is really nice to get the personalised handwritten note :) When I will need to buy something again, I will surely come back!

I placed two orders with OASEAS. The quality of the products is amazing (Girlfriend Collective leggings + bras) ; the delivery was extremely fast (I was deliverd the day after!) AND with a personalized handwritten note.

NOTHING could have been done better.

I will repurchase again from OASEAS. They are contributing to a better relationship to fashion. :)

Thank you OASEAS for your work!

Vielen Dank!

Thank you so much for the amazing service! The package arrived super quickly, the products were great and the handwritten note made my day!

The shipping was fast, and they include a nice personalized card with my order. I’ve bought a pair of sneakers and I love them! The best thing is that they are born sustainable!

I received my order within 2 days and it came with a personalized message, handwritten. It was an excellent touch!

Fast good delivery, nice hand written note! Great experience :)

Great quality and fast delivery, without any bad surprises of taxes and duties as other shops abroad often have!

Excellent and kind customer service. Uncomplicated communication and fast shipping. Thank you very much!

I love the bag i ordered and the handwritten note that came with it was the sweetest thing 🤍

I love every item I ever ordered on Oaseas. The quality is always perfect, the customer service is excellent and the shipping is fast. Also I love that everything is picked so carefully and that sustainability is their number one priority! Thank you very much, I will stay a loyal customer forever!
