Scam site, avoid
Same as other reviews. Total scam site.
Was able to raise a credit dispute and my bank sorted me out. I cancelled the order within their cancellation period, received confirmation this was done and getting a refund… item was sent and they kept my money.
Items from china, parcel arrived from ‘Kate’.
Fake site, fake items, 100% scam.

J’ai acheté un soi disant climatiseur à 80€ qui n'était en fait qu’un petit ventilateur minable.
J’ai demandé le retour et le remboursement.
Ils m’ont demandé de payer le retour en Chine:40€
En Chine pas de destinataire donc mis en dépôt.
J’ai envoyé plusieurs messages, mais ils ne veulent pas me rembourser.

Chinese dropshipper not meeting UK regs.
Wish I had looked at reviews before placing an order. A drop-shipper fulfilling orders from China, using false discounts, and not honouring UK consumer rights. I should know better but also this business model should be banned.

Please be aware that this company ships products to UK from China. I received items with no instructions in English and now I am being asked to pay for shipment back to China to obtain a full refund. They have offered a discount on purchase but they have not able to supply instructions in English. This has been going on for weeks now and there is no ability to speak to anyone. Order no. #OA2998

Don't order from this company its a con.
I spent £40 on a wooden item which looked great on the website, but when it arrived, it was flimsy orange stained wood absolutely nothing like the picture & badly finished.
Everything on the sight points to it being a France company based in the Netherlands but its all a front. The product comes from China. I can't send it back without paying & can't get a refund! I've emailed & done everything I can do.
The sight should be shut down its a total con.

Bait and switch
Bait and switch. They took over a month to deliver a product I didn't even order. I order a diatomaceous earth bath mat in one design and received a very cheap rubber mat in another design. Customer service is terrible. They will respond but won't answer your question. Now I will be filing a credit card dispute. They do not take returns
