Yes Miguel is lovely and efficient . HOWEVER it’s trying to end the lease agreement where they become unsavoury.
My 3 year lease ended in June 21’ . Unfortunately I’d had a heart attack and subsequently a quadruple heart by pass at the time .
This company pass the finance of the leasing agreement onto another company and they failed to stop taking the payments at the end of the term and over a further 18 months took £5400 over and above .
Needless to say neither company interested in refunding any of the overpayments and instead Oakfield are demanding another £180 for the title of the goods !!!

Svar fra Oakfield Leasing
Dear Mark,
I am sorry to hear this and hope you are recovering well.
Having reviewed the information we have being informed by the finance company that they provided you with a end of minimum term reminder letter on 18/12/2020. They advised that you can either give the required 3 months notice to terminate the agreement without entering into a secondary period. To which they received no response. I believe this has already being communicated to you directly by the finance company. They received no response to this communication. As the contract is between you and finance company involved we have no control over the payments until we are notified the agreement has ended. We advised all clients on quotation that notice must be given to the finance company to end all lease agreements.
I will pass this to Miguel who will advise on the next steps.
In regards to the Trustpilot reviews as a company we only signed up for this service in 2022 hence the reviews only appearing from this time period.
We always endeavour to try and assist our clients in prompt and professional manner. I note that that Miguel has attempted to contact you on 06.12.2022 for which he also received no response.
Had we been given the opportunity to look into this I am sure that we could have avoided the necessity to leave a negative review of us.

Miguel Foster was brilliant
Miguel Foster was brilliant. I was in a bad situation with a broken oven and urgently required a new one. He was efficient and quick to sort out and have delivered the new oven in record time. Thanks so much Miguel

Amazing company
We took finance out for some catering equipment and i can honestly say that these were fantastic. We had issues with the equipment company and Miguel went out if his way to get everything completed i would 100% use these again. Thank you so much for you help and time you have been so efficient and kept us in the loop all the way.

Simply the best
I have been working with Oakfield Leasing for many years and the service they provide is exceptional.
Andy, Chris and Miguel are always polite, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.
We will defiantly be continuing to use them for all our financing needs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.
