I wish I could give no stars! A complete scam! I never received my shoes that I paid for, and I never had a reply via email for my request for the shoes or a refund.

First of all let’s start off by saying that there’s only an email to contact this company and they don’t respond at all. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my sneakers nor do I even want them anymore honestly this is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD

Complete SCAM!!! Shoes arrived almost a month after ordering and the original shipping came from China. The shoes arrived poor quality and not authentic Adidas. Stay away from ordering and as soon as I opened box I requested for refund. Customer service takes days to respond back and is a huge hassle. You have to pay to ship this horrible product back and even though the tracking shows it’s been delivered to the address they provide customer service still request a tracking a number. I ordered shoes on 8/2/2025 and it’s 9/12/2025 and still no refund and still trying to communicate with vendor.
Stay away and do NOT Order anything from this awful store.

Definitely SCAM website! DO NOT PURCHASE. These are NOT real adidas shoes. They are cheap knockoffs, and the sizing is totally off (too big). I've been trying to get a refund, and so far no luck. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

If I could give this business less then one star I would . The product they sold me was not only misrepresented as an authentic Adidias product when in fact it was not , but the worst reproduction I have ever seen . The shoe was clearly defective in multiple ways . After several emails the company refused to refund my money . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS CITE! Shoes purporting to be Addidas… terrible quality and not as pictured. They don’t allow returns for this or for size issues. WHAT?!! Just don’t do it… whatever they have is not that cute.

Avoid at all cost! I’d placed my order on May 17th and after countless emails following up and advised by customer service advice team it would take “another 2 weeks” I finally received it June 15th (nearly a mind later although they offered free first class delivery) then to receive the order to find out the significant difference in what was advertised on there website as apposed to what is been sent the quality, colour and fit were poor and there was visibly a huge difference. Yet when highlighting my concerns they proceeded to ignore it and brush it under the rug and refused a full refund I did however get a partial refund which I still was not satisfied with. Complete waste of money and time!

I ordered an item on 27th April. On the 9th May I emailed their customer service as I heard nothing and was given a tracking number. I responded to that email and someone else replied with a different tracking number. I was told to wait 15 business days, however up until now 6th June, I haven’t received the item. When I attempted to use the tracking numbers provided, it says order not found. This is clearly a scam so DO NOT purchase anything from these people.

BEWARE SCAM SITE!!! They do not sell authentic clothes. They do not allow you to cancel an order before it's been processed. Every chasing email is met with the same 'item will be shipped in two weeks' response. Tracking numbers are also fake. Should the item ever arrive, I dread to think what the quality will be like. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Scam, selling counterfeit goods. Impossible to cancel an order even though it has not been shipped yet - 2 weeks after purchase.
Had fake Trustpilot rating on website too

SCAMMERS!! Paid £60 for an item and never received it said up to 15 days but been way past that, they also say you can only return items if not sale items and everything on there is a sale item so you would never get your money back even if they did send something, don’t buy off there! Had to contact my bank.
