Oaken Vault Anmeldelser

Fantastisk kundeservice

I had such a good experience. There was something wrong with the tracking on my package, and they went above and beyond to made sure it got delivered safely. The owner was even on a business trip and still made time to resolve the situation and answer my messages.

Super oplevelse.

Quick shipping, no issues, game well packed. :)

Great customer service!

I ordered 4 games from them but when they arrived the package had taken a beating and was torn up on one side.
Two of the games had been dented but was otherwise okay.
For that they gave me a 20% discount and a nice laugh :)

Good store with rare crowdfunding version of games, highly recommended!

Oaken Vault has an incredible selection and top customer support. My experience was fantastic from start to finish.

If you're ordering from abroad (especially to Portugal), be aware that tracking may take some time to update. I was initially concerned, but this delay was due to the forwarding company, not Oaken Vault. Once the tracking was updated, my package arrived quickly, carefully packaged, and exactly as described.

Highly recommend,thanks again!

Very fast delivery!

Excellent communication . Pretty slow to arrive in France ( about 10 days) but object is perfect

Excellent service, friendly staff, even told me about a discount coupon that I then forgot to use. :D

Terrific selection of games, too!

12 herfra

Order (from France) was prepared and received under 10 days as annunced, with extra care given to protect the package. Absolutely recommend it, and will order again!

Excellent buy from spain

Fantastic shop with so many wonderful games and great service
