Both buses arrived in good time for both outbound and inbound journeys.
For the return journey (from Portsmouth Ferry Port), I was called by the driver to advise where the buses were to make it easier to "herd" 60 tired 13-15 year-olds.
Thanks

The price is very reasonable. The condition of the coach is very good. The chair is very comfortable. Coach arrived on time. The driver Connor was very professional and polite. We booked for two days. The rides were very pleasant. Good driving skill. Highly recommended!

A driver for this company wanted to run me off the road, had a fit of road rage, and then gave obscene gestures. National Express denied it was one of their subcontractors buses, then admited it when I provided evidence, and all along have been as unprofessional and dishonest as is possible to be. All they ever needed to do was apologise and feed back what they would do. Threatened with a 19 tonne bus.
So the police however, are interested.

All on time. Rob, our driver was outstanding.
The coach was very clean and the whole experience worked really well

I booked this company for my daughters wedding. We had a return journey and both of these arrived on time to pick us. Staff were friendly and accommodated us with several pickups and drop-offs. I would use this company again!

Our fabulous coach driver contacted our venue and worked seamlessly with them to travel down the slightly pot hole filled road. He collected all of our guests from their hotels, to our ceremony venue and back to our reception. Thank you!

Lovely driver Mario waited for us at the airport after our flight was delayed. Would recommend Lucketts Transport. This service was very easy to book through the National Express website.

The coach was immaculately clean and modern. The driver was patient and friendly. Would definitely recommend to the company to others and use them again ourselves.

We used Worthing Coaches for a recent 4 day rugby tour to Holland. Despite the best that the UK's crippled infrastructure could throw our way over the Easter weekend which resulted in c8 hours just to get from Brighton to the onboard the ferry itself (and similar delays at Calais coming home... what a great idea Brexit was btw), the whole coach experience was excellent. Really superb service provided by our driver Richard who was a consummate pro.

The driver was very attentive to our requirements.

Your booking process and team have been so accommodating, helpful and flawless. Thankyou

Bookings team were friendly, very helpful and responded promptly to all queries. Driver was prompt, courteous and very helpful. Coach was very comfortable.

Very patient driver

Thank you Kings Ferry! We took our children on a trip to the theatre in central London. The office answered all our questions and queries before our trip. The driver was patient and accommodating, making what could have been a stressful trip, easy!

Great price in a very competitive environment

Great service. Friendly staff who made the hiring of the mini bus very easy and stress free.
Very friendly drivers and the mini bus was very comfortable..
would use this company again and highly recommend them

Amazing! The drivers thought they were going to Weald & Downland. Quite happily changed their route to Marwell.
Thank you

Always a great company to deal with when organising school trips. Thank you

Arranging the coach all went smoothly. On the day the very comfortable coach arrived in good time, the driver was excellent and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company

I would like to leave feed back about our driver Phil to Disneyland 19/02/24 to 22/02/24.
What a credit to your company to an excellent driver. He was absolutely fantastic having been on several girlguiding Europe trips I have never experienced such a driver, he was amazing, so many tips advice for us and tailored our trip to our needs. We had 2 very small children with us and he was supportive and helpful with these and understood there needs where different to others. Phil went above and beyond, approachable, knowledgeable about area, friendly, smooth driver, cared a lot for passengers especially of the younger ones. Will definitely be booking again with Phil for our next adventure.
