Nutriment have always been my dogs…
Nutriment have always been my dogs favourite and will continue to be so , I'm sure.
My only criticism this time is that a number of the 30 black plastic containers were damaged. Some quite considerably, which meant that on defrosting they leaked and I had to go through the food and take out the pieces of sharp plastic. This has not happened before. I think the move from polystyrene pieces to paper sheets has not helped.

Multiple times the meat have turned up…
Multiple times the meat have turned up defrosted and box’s broken due to incorrect packaging. Emailed them to complain and they don’t respond

Defrosting
There was no polystyrene box so the food was already defrosting. I tried to contact the company immediately, two different ways, and had no reply. The texture is completely different and my dog has been sick and had abnormal poos. I would appreciate someone getting in touch ASAP as I am very concerned.

Recipe Change to Beef
Since the packaging change, the consistency of the beef dinner for cats has changed, both me and the cats noticed this difference with one of the cats not proving too fond of the change (they previously had no issue with it before the change). The beef does not appear to store as well and after 3 days in the fridge I noticed quite a peculiar smell to it. The product is still good enough for the cats but it just appears to be slightly lesser quality.

The overall product is of good quality however the delivery of the product has got more disappointing every time I use them, such a shame as they used to be very good and I would get the delivery within the week.

Don't fix what isn't broken.....
As another reviewer has said - the packaging has changed so now comes with a welded thick film lid - 50/50 chance of peeling it off successfully with dry hands, no chance with wet hands - and your hands will more often than not be a bit wet from handling the pack - then as you can't seal the tub again, it'll stink your fridge out.
On another note - it seems they've changed the food manufacturing method too - the ingredients list seems to be the same, but the food is now, in my opinion, over-processed and has a very slimy consistency - it sticks to the bowl and looks even less appealing than before.
And to top it all off, I started a two weekly subscription - only for the second delivery to arrive after 16 days which meant I ran out of food.

The delivery from DPD went to an…
The delivery from DPD went to an unknown address. I contacted DPD and registered the failed delivery. I contacted Nutriment and have not received a replacement order or a call about the issue. I have the 6 week subscription so now I have had to find alternative food for my dog, I am out of pocket by nearly £100 and nobody from the company has contacted me.

What has happened to the tubs 🙁 the…
What has happened to the tubs 🙁 the perfectly reusable lid has been replaced by an awful plastic film. When you have smaller dogs that don't eat a whole tub in one go you can no longer replace the lid and pop it back in the fridge. We have to transfer it into a Lidded tub instead and having arthritic hands I can't easily peel back the plastic film when defrosted as its slippery and hard to get hold of. What a shame a perfectly good vessel has now been spoilt.

Incorrect proteins delivered
Incorrect proteins delivered. After 4 phone calls to try and get a resolution, I was told by customer services that the order was fine as they'd delivered the correct number of items even if it wasn't what I'd actually ordered.
