Non responsive customer service poor quality product. I bought a nutribullet and it simply stopped working after 3 weeks. I contacted customer service immediately but have received no follow up to their automated email. This was over a month ago. It is under warranty and I have no information on how to get a replacement.
Collosal piece of garbage that breaks and impossible to fix. Warranty is useless. I spent a lot on the nutribullet pro and now it's in the garbage. Never again
I wanted to order directly from the company and not from a distributor, and that bit me in the butt. I had to return the blender and they charged me $20 for a shipping label. That was a first turn off. Now it’s been almost one month since they received the item, and I can’t get my money back. The answer is, “we’re still working on it”. Guess what, I will never ever buy from them again! I’m pissed beyond belief
I love my Nutra bullet. I use it a lot for smoothies with all different kinds of the berries. Only thing I don’t like is in the cover when you turn it over there’s a gray rubber gasket. I noticed the berry seeds get caught in there so you do have to take it out to clean it. Thank goodness I noticed there was berry seeds in there cause otherwise I wouldn’t have cleaned it and it probably would have been moldy but other than that I love it it’s just the right size for one person myself.
I bought a nutri bullet and haven’t used it for around 2 years forgot I’d got it to be honest ? I’ve recently used it for a few months and have noticed little silver broken pieces like little bits of tin foil but harder as I’ve not used any tin foil I only peel soft veg let it cool and then blend soft veg to make soups I can honestly say it must be coming off the blades so I don’t rate this product and won’t be using this ever again I’ve just ordered a new ninja soup maker rather be safe than sorry ? I’ve put my soup into a sieve and rinsed through to find bits of the blades in my soup I wouldn’t have given it one star if I’d have had a choice just how many mums use this to blend baby food
I’ve been buying the NutriBullet since it first came out so I’ve gone through a few, I also bought for my brother. I WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I thought I’d broken mine earlier this year when it started leaking. I bought replacement parts and had it repaired but it still did not work. I then bought a brand new one and it did exactly the same thing. Not only that. My brother said the same happened to him so he’s bought a different brand. This lead to me buying my new one. I am super happy as the NutriBullet has transformed form transformational innovative product to an absolutely appallingly TERRIBLE PRODUCT that does not do what it markets itself as doing.
Blender op zich doet het prima. Zodra iets niet werkt, hoef je in elk geval niet op de klantenservice te rekenen. Áls ze reageren mag je hopen dat ze uberhaupt je bericht hebben gelezen.
Deksels zijn echt van bagger kwaliteit. Hij maakt goede smoothies, maar daar houdt het wel bij op helaas.
Literally the worst customer service I have dealt with Rey. I have spoken to several representatives via email and phone and all terrible. Responses are NOT timely. The website accidentally charged me twice because it was delayed in confirming or accepting so I purchased again. I called and emailed (during business hours) the day I did that to try and cancel
the order because you can’t online. No one answered my emails or several calls for two days. Then it got shipped out and I almost immediately returned and it is outside of their promised return money back window. $122 later and I feel I may be just SOL. I emailed and asked for a status update on my return about a few days before the window was up and they told me to wait the entire time - no status updates or anything. I have done that and not surprised…no refund.
Buyer beware of this company. I purchased an expensive $94.00 NutriBullet coffee maker that was supposed to work as a carafe or pod. It did not work as a carafe or pod although it was set that way. It just spilled hot water all over the counter but not in the carafe or cup. There was a 1 year warranty guarantee. I called to request a new unit that worked or a refund. The store would not accept the return and NutriBullet would not honor the warranty. Instead they offered me a 30% discount to buy a new machine. Customer service was rude and refused to
honor the warranty or assist me. Notice all the poor reviews and a rating of 1.
i ordered a nutri bullet to replace my broken magic bullet. didn't like it so sent i back. they don't do exchanges so i had to send it back and buy a magic bullet. i wouldn't pay their $20 fee for a mailing label so i sent it register usps myself. showed it was delivered to their return location which happens to be in GA to CA and now 3 months later they won't talk to me or give me my money back. search on the BBB and there must be 100 of the same complaints
Op zich een fijn product, maar je moet vaak de messen vervangen.
Een keer verkeerde messen gekocht, 2 maanden terug gestart met mailen, nu toezegging dat ik mijn geld terug krijg, maar 5 dagen later nog niks. Verkopen willen ze wel, maar klantvriendelijkheid is zeer ver te zoeken.l
I got a nutribullet combo touch for Christmas. Just pulled it out 2 weeks ago to make some smoothies. Was loving it for 2 weeks when the blades got jammed in the base. Called support tech and they told me to throw it away. They offered me a new set at $134.81. I could get it on Amazon for 137.89 full price so how was that a discount? They said "yes you could buy it on Amazon." Huh??? I only used it 2 weeks, 2 weeks for a handful of times. They wouldn't stand behind the product. Then they offered me a base, blade, and cup for $50.26. Still not standing behind the product. So I guess like they said, just throw it away. And away it went. Will never trust this company again! Buyer Beware!
Update: After posting a bad review the company reached out to me and decided to mail me a base and blade at no charge. I do love this blender and am glad they finally decided to make things right.i increased the stars for this company.
Mijn nutribullet was binnen 5 maanden stuk. Al na de eerste week begon hij branderig te ruiken. Klantenservice bol.com en nutribullet wijzen naar elkaar. 3 maanden na mijn klacht nog niks gebeurd. Waardeloos!
C’est vraiment HONTEUX ! J’ai fait une commande il y a 15 jours et toujours RIEN REÇU! Le service Client est nul , ils ont pas d’infos sur ma commande et un service e-commerce doit me contacter depuis au moins une semaine. Et toujours RIEN ! J’ai été débité, j’ai envoyé les justificatifs . Cela fait 3 fois que je contacte le SAV et la dernière conseillère à fermé le chat après me dire « dossier en cours, je relance ». achetez sur Amazon et pas sur le site nutribullet ! Ils sont vraiment médiocres !
I used a NutriBullet blender for years and liked it so I purchased the Nutribullet immersion blender that came with extra accessories like the food processor, whisk attachment and a storage container. The product looks very well-made and it was affordable.
However, the blade attachment started collecting water inside the plastic housing that connects to the power handle. You can shake the blade attachment and hear water swooshing inside. Not very sanitary or safe. I only washed this facing down with hot water and soap, nothing else, no dishwasher or soaking. I thought it was a fluke so I contacted customer service. They took over a week to respond and asked for the barcode with the product. I gave it to them and apparently, they couldn’t just send a new blade attachment; they had to send me the entire unit brand new which isn’t very sustainable at all but ok, now I have double the accessories.
Replacement blade housing was used once and also collected water inside the plastic housing. Contacted customer service again and unknowingly to me, they asked for the product barcode again and said I couldn’t use the original/old one and it had to be the replacement’s barcode. I didn’t know this and already tossed it out. After going back and forth on email for 2 weeks, they asked me to call a 800 number but the hold was too long.
So much wasted time that if I had known sooner, I could’ve just returned the product to the retail store I got it from. I’ll sell the remaining parts of this on eBay and then buy a KitchenAid one which I should’ve done in the first place. Nutribullet needs to resolve this defective design ASAP because it’s very unsanitary and unsafe to use as dirty, old water collected inside is slowly (very slowly) dripping out and can mix with whatever you’re blending.
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.I ordered a baby nutribullet but decided I did not want it anymore I canceled my order less than 2hrs after I purchased it.They told me they would cancel my order.I come home one day and there’s a nutribullet there I’m confused because my order was supposed to be canceled,but i didn’t think it was a big deal I could just return it.Then I had to get approved for a return,pay a extra 20 dollars to ship merchandise back that I was NEVER supposed to receive.3 months later I never received a refund I contacted the company 5 times.They told me that the merchandise was misplaced and they can’t find it so they didn’t have proof I returned it…This was the longest and most frustrating process I’ve encountered to get money back that’s rightfully mine and still haven’t received my money.
Super slecht! Doet t niet, breekt snel af, niet handig in gebruik, niet goed schoon te houden en niks wordt goed gehakt. De helft blijf gewoon plakken en er gebeurt niks. Ik moet heel hard schudden dan hakt het een klein beetje. Echt een stom ding!
100€ Smoothie maker bought as a Christmas present for my wife. The plastic lid broke after two days. It would've been so easy to send me a new lid by post. But the customer service was excruciatingly bad. Eventually, I bought a replacement online, which was obviously made in the same factory as the original.
Nutribullet gaat na een tijdje stinken, het messenblad dan. Onlangs goed wassen, mes ontmantelen en wederom goed schoonmaken blijft het zuur stinken, koop deze blender niet!
