The Botox will save your life

Very disappointed
I am very disappointed with your service, I made an order for three products and paid the full amount that was calculated at check out, after a few days of the order you sent me an invoice to pay $15 additional cost for shipping. This should have not accured as shipping cost already included when I made the order. Then you decided to give axception not to pay this time when after I decided to cancel my order and asked for refund. You need to be more honest with your customers and do let them Know that if they have to pay. more for shipping before placing an order.

I had hopes for this product
I had hopes fir this product. I followed the directions and applied ot to process for 30 minutes. Everything seem to be going well and it made my 4c hair more manageable. However, after rinsing out the product and blow drying my hair I noticed long strand of hair breaking off. I understand that hair naturally shed but this is more than my natural shedding. Applying moisturizering products to my hair but still seeing the long strands of breakage.

Nutree products are great quality.
I really enjoy the products that I have purchased from Nutree. I am a licensed professional cosmetologist and I enjoy using the products in my suite. I do have to say that when it comes to the educational videos to learn about the process of the two keratins I have bought, the voiceover for the video is not very clear. I understand the original video must be in Portuguese, but if you are going to have a voiceover you should consider an American accent or a British accent.
Another thing is that the education / information for professionals is not consistent between the website, the packaging on the product, and the videos. I seem to find out little details that are important in the salon after I have already watched the video, usually on the packaging.
I have not registered on the website as a professional salon stylist only because I do not have a name for my Independent Business in my loft. But if I continue to purchase products and education I will register as a professional cosmetologist. The quality of the keratin is very good, I am new to provide this service for my clients, and I am happy the first company I chose was Nutree. Everyone has enjoyed the Keratin and the shampoo and conditioner so far, and I am excited to introduce Hair Bondox as well. I am excited for that especially. It was actually a client that had tried Hair Bondox she purchased from Amazon, but when I learned you were a professional line I decided it was best to have it in the salon. The result was surprisingly good considering it's really just a
deep conditioning treatment. Shipping has been decent, and I am appreciative of the free samples I received with my shipments. Thank you Nutree!
