Comme tout le monde je me suis faite avoir avec des prélèvements frauduleux même en ayant écrit à plusieurs reprises. Ils répondent à chaque fois qu ils ont annulés la transaction... mais bien sûr précise qu il faut voir avec sa banque. C est chose faite !!
Alors pour ceux qui se pose la question du remboursement j ai vu avec ma banque qui m'a conseillé de :
- faire opposition à ma CB, et
- remplir le kit d opposition pour le remboursement en précisant le motif du vol des numéros de ma CB.
Voilà j attends le remboursement...

I've also been scammed by this company. I ordered some 'free' pills from them, and now they keep charging me £49.95 every month, which I didn't agree to. I've just been to my bank to try to stop the payments and get a refund. Keep clear of them.
