My ironman painting arrived last week and i just started painting it and i like it so much. Can't wait to finish my masterpiece painting

My daughter's birthday is coming up and I think she will like this high quality painting that just came.

This was my first time ordering from here, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cool quality of the product. The support team was incredibly helpful, promptly addressing all my queries. Moreover, the shipping exceeded my expectations, I initially thought it would take ages to reach Morocco given the overseas shipping but to my amazement it arrived within 21 days. While 21 days may not be an exceptionally short period but it's certainly an acceptable duration. I would rate the paint by number kit and the support team with a solid 5 stars and the shipping with 4 stars

I received my third order yesterday and it was absolutely stunning! The quality was top-notch and the communication was excellent as expected, this website has become one of my favorites for reallllll

If I could I would rate this website a zero.
The only reason I ordered from them is because they have one of the biggest custom canvas available.
God, big mistake!
I ordered it almost 3 moths ago. It took about 2 months to arrive and that is most likely because I asked them via email what on earth is taking so long.
Regardless of the delay I could not wait to get it and start working on it, however when it arrived I was even more disappointed:
1. The canvas quality was lower than the other websites I previously ordered from
2. The paints numbers were 70% unreadable because of poor printing, they send stickers to number them however they do not send multiple copies of the same number meaning some of the paint will not have a number and you would keep having to double check which is which.
3. I choose the biggest canvas and the amount of paint they sent is most likely suitable for one of their much smaller canvas
I reached out to them about a month ago when I received the product and asked either for correct paint or a refund and they said they will send the correct paint.
The paint never came and I emailed them yet again asking either for the paint or a refund.
I can’t believe I wasted money and so much energy on something that is supposed to be relaxing.
My advice try another company, the product and the service is not worth it.

My iron man paint by number just arrived today and the quality of the painting is great, also the customer service was very nice to me replying to my emails faster than any other website I used before.
I will totally recommend this company.

Fastway just delivered the package to me and when i opened the package i was surprised with the quality of the painting. I will be ordering more painting, no doubt

No product, no refund. Ordered on 6/5/23. Nothing. No answers.

I ordered 10 days ago and received an email that said it had been shipped 7 days ago. Yet the track and trace still says that my package is at the company

I have ordered twice now and recently ordered a larger painting. Really good canvas and paints. Have not been disappointed! Will be ordering again!

As someone in a long distance relationship, I wanted to do something special for my upcoming anniversary with my girlfriend. I decided to order a custom paint by numbers kit online and send it to Canada. Despite a three week shipping time, my girlfriend was thrilled with the product and excited to start painting our customized photo

This company uses images of artists' paintings illegaly, without a license and without even asking for one. Please do not purchase from them. They stole two of my father's images.

This company keeps surprising me with it's quality, this is my 3rd time ordering and i gotta say evreyhing looks perfect

First of all, the painting came up really well and is much admired. Also, customer services were very helpful and communicative when there was a delay in shipping that was outside of their control. There were though a few small niggles:
- Normally paint by numbers kits come with a sheet which is a ‘map’ of the picture and the numbers in each section (in case the canvass numbers are not clear or get painted over). This was not provided with this kit
- The 5 and 6 numbers were virtually identical with only one microscopic difference (I had to use a large magnifying glass to tell them apart)
- Not enough number 24 (had to water it down to ensure coverage)
- Number 21 was dried out so had to mix with water
- Whilst hanging loops were included no hanging cord was provided

Request for item to paint swiftly found.
