Enjoy shopping at number one shoes. Huge variety of comfortable footwear to choose from.
The staff in Thames are always pleasant and helpful.

I buy most of my shoes online and the site is easy to use and fast service and communication

I enjoyed shopping at number one shoes because they have a good selection + hush puppies brand shoes , the staff are very friendly and helpful, good prices, I've bought shoes for my kids and myself.

Got 2 pairs of summer sandals - both very comfortable and second pair was half price!

Very prompt delivery and refund when required. Very happy with selection and service.

Perfect shoes for a special occasion. Exactly what I wanted, really comfortable. Staff were very helpful and professional with their advice. Great customer service, positive consumer experience.

One of the front staff ladies helped me find the right shoes I needed for work, She was lovely and very helpful. I'm quite happy with my purchase and experience.

Top quality soft and comfortable slippers, very comforting as I suffer from a high arch in both feet. Will shop from this site again and again.

I would love to see this silhouette continued in future seasons. Perhaps exploring a few more colorways (like a deep forest green or a classic tan leather) or even a waterproof version would be a fantastic way to build on this successful design.

Products like the Milly boots are exactly why I keep coming back to Number One Shoes + Hannahs. Thank you for continuing to provide stylish, accessible, and well-designed footwear.

There were a few choices for me to try on and the shoes were easy to find on the shelf. The woman who served my at the checkout was friendly and it was great service all round.

It was super easy to find what I needed and the staff were great and very helpful

Love the colour 😍, they fit well, arrived quickly in good condition. I appreciated the discount for signing up to the newsletter, and being able to track the parcel.

Really appreciate Trixie and her support going out of her way to help us find the right boots we needed as soon as walked in the doors she was right there asking we needed help and she went out to the back to get different styles of boots and was so lovely and helpful! Really made it easy for me and not stressful. Thank you Trixie we need more people like you

The store was clean and tidy...the staff greeted me on my entrance..allowed me to browse before offering assistance...which I appreciate..overall a pleasant shopping experience

The store staff was very friendly and helpful

Unable to buy adult sneakers to fit my very narrow feet I found some teenagers sneakers, the brand is Mika, in Number 1 Shoes Timaru that fit me perfectly. The sneakers are exactly what I needed and I am pleased with them. My only criticism would be that they are warm to wear with little option for air flow.

Easy to use website, great communication, great product, great service overall.

Easy to use measurements. Fast shipping and comfortable shoes! Great service all round

I was a little bit disappointed when I went into the Palmerston North store and they didn’t have my size in the sandals I wanted, however I ended up ordering them online and I’m so glad I did! Not only they were a good price but they came so fast over the new year period!

The staff were very helpful. My Mum who is 91 loved a certain shoes but her size wasn't there. They encouraged her to try another colour for size. Then said they could be delivered to her door, free delivery. She was happy and they arrived promptly. She loves the shoes, so comfortable, like walking on air, this is what she tells everyone.
It was pre New Year's approx.
What's not to like about your staff and service 😊
