NTP Online Learning Ltd Anmeldelser

Follow the course audio & notes do the tests to make sure you know the material you’ll soon pick up what’s needed for the exams. Forget what u know, I found the extra questions and the online course for the scenarios a real help. Great support when needed after being stuck a couple of times. Overall a great course broken down into manageable parts.

NTP was excellent, great learning platform, quick responses when needed, information explained very clearly, could not fault it.

You can study when you have the time with the added bonus of being able to go back over anything you did not grasp the first time

A different approach to build knowledge at your own pace rather than at a rate that baffles you, the whole process from start to finish was very easy and intuitive. The course content was detailed and regular updates were communicated. I really cannot recommend NTP Online Learning highly enough.

After driving for many year's I decided to go for my Transport manager cpc was unsure who to go with did a bit of research and found NTP online, course is very well laid out for training and on hand to answer questions when needed highly recommended 😀

Having not studied for an exam in many years, I found the whole process quite stressful. But with Mark on hand to explain things and go through things with me was exceptional and without his constant reassurance and guidance I don’t think I would have made it!
The online learning was ideal for me as I could work and study, it took me a little longer than I liked, but having the option to extend my learning was epic and well worth it.
I passed first time and this was down to NTP learning process they have in place, also down to me as I refused to fail 😂😂

Highly recommend NTP and I’m sure I will be back to further my knowlage.

The team at NTP are very friendly, very helpful and has lots of patience! Can't thank the staff enough for all their help.

NTP training worked really well for me. I was able to spread the learning around my hectic lifestyle, evenings, lunch breaks & weekends. Rather than a 2 week intensive course.
I was able to absorb the information at my own pace. and the help was there if I needed it. Would highly recommend.
I couldn’t have got a first time pass without you.

Great customer service,
Course content excellent and online platform easy to navigate.

It's a difficult course laid out in an easy to digest way.
With great help from the team at NTP and the step by step way the course is put together, it gave me all the ingredients to pass first time. Thanks NTP

NTP got recommended to me and was my first choice for the transport manger course. The course was very easy to use on the website and the app, the audio reader was good to have to allow it to be read to you and make notes as the course it read out. Both exam taken on same day with a break in between which allows you to focus on the one exam at a time. The course notes are very handy to have printed out to allow you to learn the important points. Would 100% recommend ntp to take your course and exam.

NTP are fantastic. I passed first time, and didn't speak with the tutors until I passed but the offer of support was always there.

They genuinely care about you, and your results. The learning platform they have created is fantastic.

You cannot move on to book your exam until you have completed all sections, and passed the mock exams which I found helpful.

I would highly recommend doing the pre-exam day they offer. I didn't, and I had to complete the open book exam without the book, and I couldn't find the PDFs on the CILT system.

If you're considering doing your CPC, and don't do well in a classroom environment, get in touch with NTP. You won't regret it.

I highly recommend this course provider to anyone preparing for the Transport Manager CPC qualification. The learning materials were extremely well structured, clear, and easy to follow, which made self-study much more manageable and effective.

Although the course was self-paced, everything was explained in a practical and professional way, covering all the key areas needed for both the multiple-choice and case study exams. The materials gave me the confidence to study independently and fully understand the regulations rather than just memorising answers.

Thanks to the quality of the course content and resources, I passed my CPC exams first time with strong results. That would not have been possible without such a well-prepared programme.

I’m very grateful for the support and excellent study materials provided throughout the course and would definitely recommend this provider to anyone serious about gaining their Transport Manager CPC qualification.

mark hancock was very knowledgable and really easy to talk to he made the course interesting and easy to follow and he answered any questions that i asked without using too much jargon so it was easy to understand.he made the course interesting and informative and in a way that didnt make it boring.

The course was well set out and there was support available as and when required. I would certainly recommend.

I signed up with NTP in early 2025 for their online Transport Manager CPC course and completed it over 12 months, working at my own pace. Throughout that time, Mark and the team were consistently helpful whenever I had a question or needed guidance.

NTP gives you everything you need to succeed. The training material is brilliantly presented and worked seamlessly whether I was using the app on my phone or tablet.

First attempt, both exams passed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NTP to anyone looking to gain their Transport Manager CPC or any other training.

Thanks again to all of the NTP team.

I liked the structure of the course (Transport Manager CPC in Road Passenger Transport Level 3). Certain chapters had to be completed before booking the exams, it was annoying at first but I now understand why this was done, as it helped me pass both exams the first time I did them.
The student support was very helpful, supportive and motivated me along the way. Also explained anything I did not understand. Phone calls were not also rushed, the person took their time explaining until I understood.
The LiveChat was very useful, you can ask any question any time of the day and someone from the course will reply back on the chat or email you with the answers.

Thank you to the Team at NTP especially Daryl and Mark. I am so grateful for all of there assistance and support - never allowing me to give up. I really felt like they cared about my success and gave me the motivation to keep on going.

Fantastic training course structured and delivered very well from amazing tutors who care.

I signed up for the Road Haulage level 3 course with NTP. The course is delivered via a structured onine training system which tracks and logs your progression as you go. This allows you to monitor how well you are doing and provides vital feedback along the way.

The course has several prerequisite points you must pass before you can progress to the next chapter. This is a great method as it pushes you to develop in the areas where you need to concentrate. This is not just a click to next slide course, this is interactive and engaging and was the key to my success.

Along the way you have access to instant messaging with tutors, phone calls, bookable team sessions, social forums and a whole other wealth of information. This is training done right.

I found the podcasts available from the course amazing. This allowed me to intake course information while doing my day to day job. What a cheat code this came to be for me as it meant I could double down on learning while maintaining other work that needed doing.

I have nothing but good things to say about this course and NTP. Mark and Daryl you are amazing, but this gratitude extends to everyone in your team also. Thank you

Great and helpful training provider that will make sure you get the knowledge and pass your exams
