Cannot thank and recommend June from the Catford Team enough (I dealt with with the whole team - Nick, Victoria and Ricky - but the majority of my interaction was directly with June); she was phenomenal in explaining the process with extreme patience, compassion and empathy, she understood my concerns about ensuring that my Daddy was taken into their care and attended to as soon as possible due to a very bad previous experience with another well-known company. June kept in constant contact with updates and dealt diligently and professionally with all of my queries, especially when liaising with third parties on our behalf. Nick should be extremely proud of his team as a whole, they always asked how the family were and it felt sincere, not like they were asking for the sake of asking. I cannot recommend using their service enough, especially as a local independent firm, they did us and themselves proud and my Daddy's homegoing service went smoothly without any issues. Thank you all so much, you really don't know how much your help was appreciated at this devastating time.
