Thank you for your feedback, Lakeitha! We're so glad you love your tassel charm, and we appreciate your feedback about the size. We hope it adds a special touch to your graduation celebration!
One of my favorite things I’ve done is attach my NSLS charm to my necklace. I receive so many compliments and questions about it, which makes it a great conversation starter. It gives me the opportunity to share what the National Society of Leadership and Success is, what we stand for, and how it has positively impacted my academic and personal growth.

Thank you for your feedback, Chelsi! We love hearing that your tassel charm has become such a meaningful conversation starter and gives you the opportunity to share your NSLS experience with others. Thank you for proudly representing the Society and inspiring those around you!
They do not have any actual tassles for the charm.

Thank you for your feedback! The Sigma Alpha Pi Tassel Charm is designed as an accessory for an existing graduation tassel and does not include the tassel itself. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and understand how that expectation may have been unclear.
Cute 😍 💙

Thank you, Elvin! We’re glad you’re enjoying the tassel charm—it’s a great addition to your graduation gear!
My shipping address and billing address were different when I different when ordered this item and the shipment was sent to my billing address and not my shipping address. Which has resulted in it being returned to the shipper However the rest of the items on the same order have my shipping address correct. So, for this item I cannot give a good review as the shipping department failed to follow the shipping instructions and use my correct address. I am also still waiting from a response from the support staff since I have emailed them about the issue.
Svar fra The National Society of Leadership and Success
Hi Joseph, we’re sorry for the shipping error and lack of response — that’s not the experience we want for you. Our support team will be reaching out so we can get this corrected as quickly as possible.
