We approached NSE after being unhappy with our current supplier for our commercial waste. It has been so refreshing to deal with a real human, who actually comes to visit you and is easy to contact via phone/email.
Richard has been great- patient and informative and really helped get our new setup to work for us. Really friendly and not pushy, would recommend to everyone.
We have changed bin providers and are very happy with North Somerset Environment Company. Good to have regular visits from Richard. Waste is always picked up on time. Excellent so far.
“I have worked with North Somerset Environment for more than four years and have consistently received excellent service. The staff are friendly, helpful, and dependable — a truly reliable local company.”
Constantly refuse to pick up the recycling, need to be called EVERY single time to get them to come for a second go and pick up the bins, often throw my recycling over the walls into my garden, Absolute jokers.
