The feedback I received to my questions was excellent and immediate, on receiving the watch it was exactly as described and I am extremely happy with the item and the service I received.

Omega Sppedmaster
I have had my watch for over a month now and I’m more than happy with what I got. 5 stars for NP watches. Highlights:
- Quick communication when asking questions ahead of purchase. Questions through WhatsApp was really easy.
- Quick service once purchase was agreed. Item was sent the next day be special delivery. Item was packaged well with anti tamper tape for additional security.
- Follow up messages to ensure everything was okay
- Item as described. Called out clearly some wear a tear in item description and was happy to provide more detail when asked. When I received the product it was as described.
- Fair price. NP watches priced my watch fairly in current market conditions
Overall great service and would recommend and use again in the future!
