Do not buy anything from this site it's a rip off

These are printed on Perspex and there is no sea glass at all. Took over a month to get to me and then were awful products. Not even nicely finished on the Perspex. Would have take a few minutes to print. Total rip off.

Do not buy from this company!!!! They never send the item to you...

Absolutely shocking website and products. I think this company needs educating on what 'Sea Glass' is. Especially when advertising memorial gifts for lost loved ones etc because what we received was not as advertised and they were not cheap either. This company needs closing down!

I ordered and received what was described and advertised by picture as, 3 Handmade 'Sea Glass' Birds, of which I chose a Robin. What I received was not 'sea glass' but in fact 'perspex/plastic'.
When I approached the online store they would not accept return for refund and offered me £4 when the actual price I paid for 3 was in fact £31.95. Strangely, since searching this item on the site I cannot find it, however there are similar items advertised as, 'Sun Catchers'. Please take care.
I urge anyone using this store to take great care in what you actually expect to receive, not only do you not receive what is described, it may not match the picture it portrays and will possibly be very overpriced for what you receive. Their store also does not have a review option.

Didn't receive the item ...lots of emails ....refused to refund ...said they had re sent item.......didn't arrive ...don't waste your time in money

Order a gift on 17th December and as of today 31st January I still have not received it!! Despite many emails asking for a refund they have said they sent it again - but still nothing!! And their tracking says nothing - these people are scammers!! Do not order from them!!

I bought a 'Robin made of seaglass', the picture looked fab, it took a month and a half to come. I did get tracking and regular updates from Pheonix USA.
When it came ironically its a plastic cut out of a picture of the robin made of seaglass! Its so cheap and tacky which is so upsetting as it was for a memorial for my nan.
I sent them a shirty message to their support email support-at nowatpresent.com

I placed an order 06/01/26, as of today 23/01/26 I have not received my order and the tracking info they give is from some oddball multi company platform that drip feeds generic info. And like other reviewers, I was also overcharged and it was blamed on computer error. I am waiting for the time limit with my bank then I will be filing a dispute to get my money refunded.
Check their Facebook page as well, no negative comments and looks very scammie.
UPDATE.. 31/01/26 6:58pm, still no delivery!

If I could give zero! First of all took 8 weeks to arrive. Charged £40 for four items i could have got for £2 from temu. Not glass as advertised but a sticker on plastic and tiny. Absolute joke. Trying to get money back but can't. Beware

So disappointed to have to wait over a month for sea glass robins to be delivered. They were not cheap and tax was added to the order after purchasing increasing the total even more! There is no sea glass in the item, it has a sea glass pattern printed on perspex. Do not waste your money!

I wouldn't even rate this company with a 1 star, 1st I was over charged for the Robin and flamingo that I ordered. I emailed them and was lucky to get what I was over charged for and blamed it on a computer error. I then waited a month for the iterms to arrive. Which once opened am extremely disappointed with for the price. The products I have received look nothing like what was advertised and nothing to the description it was sold under. Description was sea glass Robin/ Flamingo looking like it was hand made!! The products that arrived literally have a stickers of the animal stuck on to perspects absolute rubbish and can't give as presents like was planning!!. Defo stay away and save your money

Item picture was not what arrived. Postage and shipping was nearly more than the item. Item arrived and is very cheap and tacky, absolutely not what I thought I was buying. Took about a month to arrive, have contacted by email to request return of item and refund; they offered me £1 compensation then upped it to £3 and telling me this is the best solution. Not acknowledging my request for return and refund. AVOID

Shame crafted sea glass robins have just arrived 5 weeks later…absolute garbage. Totally scammed I am very angry plastic with printed paper picture stuck on … disgusting

I ordered two "sea glass" robins which when received were nothing but cheap plastic with a print on it. Absolute rubbish. I also notice that I was charged over and above the cost of the item when ordering. I contacted the company who eventually said that the items I received were what I ordered. I have made a Paypal claim so fingers crossed. Would advise people not to use this website.

The Bloom a Day cross stitch kit arrived without the instruction chart, making it useless. Customer service say it was dispatched intact, and have offered me £2.

AVOID!!. I ordered two seaglass Robin ornaments early in December. The first problem appeared when they charged me more than the total shown when I clicked pay.
I immediately contacted them about this asking for a refund and a cancellation of the order. They refused. Instead I have been sent many tracking updates in which the contents of my order seem to vary. I cannot check my order online as my account is blocked with no explanation. My order still hasn't arrived (and I'm not holding my breath on that). If it does i will update the review. I have also spoken with my bank about potential fraud.

Placed an order for a stained glass robin and received a plastic dog instead. It was supposed to be a gift for my wife at Christmas but it was to late to return, I asked for a refund and they pretended that the item was not from them then blocked my account so I could retrieve details. Absolutely shambolic behaviour, please don't order from this 'company '

Placed an order and got an order confirmation email but that seems to be all I’m going to get. The response to an enquiry as to when if ever my purchase will arrive was treated to a bland response bordering on insolence. The item has now according to just one tracking notification been in transit for weeks.
