If there was a zero I would put a zero star. I spent forty dollars on a top. What I got and what I ordered are two different things.Then, they say I have to send it back to china which is thirty two dollars to send it back.They will not do a refund, so I sent it to the dress.I got shipped from a les and not in chicago, and it came back to me returned to sender. Do not buy from this company.It is the worst.It is really a shame because their style is quite stylish.If they were actually a good company and had what they actually showed, I bet they would do a lot of business.But this is being ordered from china.Let's all keep this in mind, buy FROM THE USA.

I have ordered a dress a while ago and unfortunately there is no way to have a follow up to where it is nor when I will get it..how can I know the status of my dress?

Zero estrellas calidad muy mala, nada que ver con la foto el vestido vale 49€ y es de 3€ como mucho...
Para la devolucion piden quel coste del transporte a china sea a mi cargo y vale mas quel vestido, vaya forma de ganarse la vida un Robo total

Never! Never buy anything from this store! The materials are sheep and very low quality!! Total SCAM!!!!!!!

Customer service is constantly delaying the process. Product has a remittent address of California but when you reach out to them they want you to return to China. Which it makes impossible to do due to the cost. Quality is not the best. Product containing metals are tarnished.
Do not buy from this website. Don’t waste your money or time!

El día 7-12-2025 realicé compra de 4 vestidos, los que a la fecha “04-02-2026”, no han llegado, ni tampoco puedo rastrear. Lo más ridículo es que pague un adicional por envío rápido.
He solicitado la devolución del dinero en reiteradas ocasiones, pero solo recibo vagas respuestas de la supuesta empresa.
Por favor no compren en esta página.

Cobran por envío express de 5 a 10 días, esperé 20 días y enviaron mal el pedido. Al querer devolverlo mencionan que mejor me devuelven 6 dólares, cuando en total pagué 60 dólares. Al insistir me dijeron que mejor saldría más caro devolverlo y que no lo recomiendan pero tampoco me pueden regresar mi dinero. Es un chiste

Ordered Dec 2nd. Still have not received my item and the tracking just stopped a week ago. I wrote the company and requested help and have received none. Theres no where in the world it takes 28 days to receive an item from.

Es una estafa, la ropa que mandan no tiene nada que ver con la foto, pedi devolución o cambio y no me contestaron mas.

I honestly wish I had never ordered from Novodiva. My experience with Novodiva has been unbelievably frustrating. I contacted them immediately after placing my order and asked for an auto-cancel, but they refused and shipped the package anyway, even though I clearly told them I didn’t want it.

When the order arrived, I returned it properly and provided all the information they asked for. But now, despite receiving the returned package, they keep repeating that “nothing has arrived” and refuse to issue my refund.

It’s been months of back-and-forth emails with the same copy-paste answers and zero responsibility. They forced the order to be shipped when I tried to cancel it, and now they refuse to refund the returned item.

I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them if they expect honest customer service or a simple refund process.

I bought a dress and arrived something tottaly different. I paid 60€ and I wrote an email asking for return and refund, they answered me saying they can give to me 3$ compensation or if I want to return I need to pay for the return in CHINA and they suggest I keep the dress (not the same as the picture) and accept the 3$ compensation, when I paid 60€ for it. This site is a scam to take money from people, I should have checked before, unfortunately I haven’t. Now I am suing them.

Be aware !! Fashion Novodiva web is scammer . Please double check the bad reviews of Novodiva on Google . Email no reply , order wasn’t delivered yet.

The items not the same at all ,totally different poorly also, poor finishing and fitting ..

Anche per me è stata la stessa cosa o ordinato un jeans e mi anno mandato tre gonne orribili o chiesto il reso mi dicevano che lo facendo mi anno tenuta in sospeso due settimane e adesso mi anno bloccato

Ho ordinato una tuta nera, è arrivata una maglia celeste. Ho chiesto il rimborso. Aspettiamo, diversamente andrò per vie legali.

Novodiva is a scam! The products are extremely poor quality. I have received the items in damaged condition and they do not want to cover the return fees. They offered to cover 9 dollars when the shipping cost 50 dollars and the orders was 100 dollars.

Mia mamma, nonostante i miei mille avvertimenti (come le maggior recensioni che ho viste di figlie nella mia stessa situazione 😅) ha comprato una tuta bianca e sono arrivate due gonne oscene. Il numero che risponde su whatsapp è straniero per cui tirate voi le conclusioni. Truffa!

Anche mia mamma è stata truffata da questo sito, nonostante l’avessi avvisata che era un sito sospetto e probabilmente si trattava di una truffa! Al posto di un completo da 30 € (per Fortuna solo 30 €) mi è arrivata una collanina da 0,50 € giusto per creare un tracciamento del pacco e far credere che mi avessero spedito il pacco con la merce giusta . Adesso il sito risulta non disponibile, sicuramente ne creeranno altri con nomi diversi, quindi non si chiamerà più NOLIVA di sicuro pertanto c’è poco da mettere in guardia altre persone, DENUNCIATE e prima di fare un acquisto con consultate questa pagina!

La calidad de la tela no vale lo que pagas, el corte de la ropa fatal. No compres aquí.
