The sales team were amazingly helpful and Novy in particular really took the time to listen to what I wanted and help make my dream become reality. She was fantastic!

I have been trying to contact Novita in both Manchester and London but no one picks up the ‘phone. Just get an automatic response as in - I am transferring you now- then the line goes dead. I have e mailed them as well and still nothing. Are they still operating here in the UK with particular reference to being in Manchester.
24 Jan 2026 - look let’s not carry this on shall we. Why not just get an actual person to pick up the ‘phone when it rings - that should solve it and if I call your Manchester office again and a person does pick up then I will say that on here.

Bought both engagement ring and wedding rings from Novita. From the first encounter we had with designing the engagement ring, to then designing our wedding bands was special. We truely loved the idea of making our own wedding bands and making it custom to us, with the engraving of our wedding date as well. It upsets me that I can’t wear it now but I know once I do it will be of favourite piece (besides my engagement ring of course) of jewellery I own! The wife and I cannot recommend Novita Diamonds Sydney anymore highly. The knowledge, professionalism and warmth of their Diamond Specialist was second to none. The quality of their lab grown diamonds is showcased in the photos on their website. I could not afford a 1.8 carat round brilliant diamond when I first got engaged. I made a promise to myself that one day I would upgrade my wife’s engagement ring to a round brilliant and I just recently learnt about lab grown diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are REAL diamonds made from pure carbon and are a much more affordable option than mined diamonds. Novita Diamonds are a highly reputable company and trusted specialists in this field. The wife and I strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a diamond for any special occasion should consider Novita Diamonds first.

Novita!!! Where do we start. You provided nothing short of exceptional customer service from the beginning. The website allowed us to customise our perfect ring and was so easy to use. The price was highly competitive and the quality was unmatched. The pick up process was seamless and the staff were so kind and accommodating, providing recommendations about how to keep my rings clean and safe.
So impressed with this business, I will never shop anywhere else.

A truly amazing experience shopping here. They replied so fast to every email and were completely on top of everything. We have been happy customers of Novita since 2022. My husband really enjoyed the process of designing my dream engagement ring with Novita. We have since purchased my wedding ring & eternity ring from them, I absolutely love my complete set & have received plenty of compliments. Having the option to engrave my pieces was a special touch that made my pieces feel even more unique to me.

The team have always been so helpful and I really enjoyed my time in the store during appointments. Each time I went in for an appointment, I was always given incredible customer service & not once did I feel rushed or pressured. I had all my questions answered either in person or over email when making a purchase. I always left the store with an exceptionally clean ring & I now own their ring cleaning pen (which I highly recommend).
