The BEST decision I made for my wedding ring!!
I wouldn’t have found the perfect ring… if I hadn’t found Novita!!! My wedding ring journey was not easy. I went to almost every jewellery store I could find — searching and honestly, feeling a little disappointed every time. Nothing felt just right… until I walked into Novita.
From that very first moment, I just knew — they had exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other places with limited samples and imagination, Novita had a wide range of stunning, ready-to-view designs that helped me truly visualise how my dream ring would look. That changed everything.

Novita gave detailed and pertinent information about each product, including clear photographs and videos. So I was able to place my order with a lot of confidence about both the product and the company (i.e. not fraud). Customer service was very prompt as well - they followed up with me via WhatsApp very soon after placing my order, informing me of stock availability and when I would like it delivered. They also showed me the laser inscribed IGI number on the diamond itself, before shipping out. I would shop with Novita with full confidence. Oh and I love the solitaire pendant I bought from them!

As a young girl I could only dream of…
As a young girl I could only dream of having a beautiful big diamond ring. Keep dreaming until you’re old I told myself. I’ll never be able to afford a huge diamond ring.
Fast forward to today, I am still relatively young and nowhere near the grand-old age I thought I’d have to be to be able to afford my diamond ring.
But I have it. I have my beautiful big diamond ring and it’s all because I found Novita Diamonds. They have made my dream a reality.
From the privacy, safety and comfort of their offices on the 6th floor of EQ in KL, Ken Yee, the very helpful sales advisor in Novita Diamonds helped me find the perfect diamond for my ring.
She was not pushy or aggressive. Instead she was patient, informative and really took her time to make sure I found what I needed. She explained and showed me all the different shapes and cut of various diamonds. She helped me figure out the best setting for my ring.
In essence, find Ken Yee. She’s great!
As for the selection of diamonds, I would say it’s wide and comprehensive. They have various ready made designs for rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces and many more. But I decided to go with a custom setting.
It didn’t take long for me to get it. I picked it up in less than 2 weeks.
And my oh my, what a beauty! I was so mesmerised by the brilliance and shine of my diamond. And did I mention it’s huge? It’s huge!
After I picked it up the rest of my day was basically gone. I spent the whole day (and night) staring at it. Putting the ring on and off my finger, standing under every source of light I could find. I must have slept a total of one hour that night.
But one hour of sleep was all I needed, because I didn’t have to dream anymore. I am living the dream I had as a young girl now and it’s all thanks to Novita Diamonds.

I started to search an engagement ring 4 weeks before my planned proposal date. Novita Diamonds was the top result from Google. They have a very handy website for you to make discussion according to your budget.
During the appointment with Ken Yee, she have help me understand a lot of knowledge about diamonds and I'm able to find the perfect combination for engagement ring.
The price is exactly same from the website and this is a plus point for the transparency.
