DO NOT BUY FROM NAVIROA ! Would rather give NO stars but that isn't an option. This rip off company out of China sent me an adult halloween costume in place of the costume I ordered for my son. With no time to exchange it through them before Halloween, I am required to go out and buy a new Halloween costume spending more time and money. Yet, this horrible company refuses to refund me unless I pay to return the incorrect item they sent me back to them in China ! This has cost me so much peace, time, and money it is unbelievable. The only time well spent at this point will be reporting them to the BBB and leaving these reviews everywhere possible. Stear clear !

I ordered a robot dog and it was delivered broken. It was just in a plastic bag by it's self. After many emails back and forth, repeating the same emails over and over. Always different names tho. Noviroa will not give me a refund and will not replace my broken order. I am really upset, and they don't care. I would advise people to be very, very wary of this company. Please before you purchase from them google Noviroa reviews. I wish I did!

I ordered a Halloween costume which has arrived broken and unusable. Packaging was totally inappropriate for the item as it is quite fragile. A replacement won’t arrive in time for my needs. Noviroa refusing to refund for damaged goods quoting their “policy” as reasons to not do this. This is illegal under U.K. consumer right act. Avoid this company.

Terrible experience! They sent me shoes which were not at all what were on the website awful quality look like they made from paper! I tried to send them back and they refuse to offer me a full refund absolute joke of a company lost $60 they are scammers! Do not buy.

Please be warned do not buy anything from this site. We bought a Halloween costume for my son. Still have not received it and it has been with customs for a bit. It was supposed to be delivered already and still no updates.

It’s literally a scam ..I have a photo but can’t upload. The 30tb hard drive for 60 pounds I bought (I know, I’m an idiot). I broke into it, and it was a micro sd card glued inside. Please don’t make the mistake. They are criminals doing illegal stuff. Don’t give them your money

False company details on the website

I have had a very unsatisfactory experience with this online store. The products I received differ significantly in both appearance and quality from those advertised on the website. I requested a refund; however, the store has not responded to my inquiries. I have therefore taken further steps to resolve the matter.

Compré un bolso en esta tienda y lo que recibí no correspondía al tamaño ni al producto promocionado en su web. Desde el primer momento pedí la devolución del dinero, pero fue imposible conseguir una respuesta clara.

En lugar de asumir su error, me ofrecieron descuentos del 10%, 15%, 30% o vales de compra para futuras compras, e incluso me pidieron pagar 9,95 € de gastos de envío para un reemplazo, aunque el fallo fue suyo.

El servicio de atención al cliente es completamente automatizado: cada vez que escribes, te responde una persona diferente, pero con el mismo mensaje genérico. Da la sensación de que nadie lee realmente lo que explicas ni busca una solución.

Después de semanas de correos, y para cerrar el tema, acepté un 30% de reembolso, pero lo considero una práctica engañosa e injusta.
La empresa no cumple con las normas europeas de consumo ni con un mínimo de seriedad comercial.

No recomiendo comprar en esta web. Es un proceso frustrante, opaco y poco fiable.

The product itself is lovely, but I wish there was a gift box option. Still very happy with how it turned out.

Stupidly decided to ignore the other negative comments and ordered an iPhone case. They sent the wrong one and despite me proving the mistake was theirs they have now refused to help me. Not even an offer of a replacement upon return. Avoid this company at all costs.

ho fatto un ordine per errore, ho chiesto la cancellazione dopo 2 ore e mi hanno risposto che erano passate 24 ore dall'ordine ed era già spedito, nonostante l'evidenza dell'orario di invio delle mail, la loro mail mi è arrivata 18 ore dopo l'ordine e mi hanno scritto che erano passate 24 ore!!! da evitare in ogni modo

These people are scammers, they advertise (show pictures of an item) and send something completely inferior to what is shown. Then they come up with "our policy doesn't allow for refunds" After receiving the first shipment I complained, sent pictures of what is on their website & a picture of what I received. So they sent a second shipment which was identical to the first. In short DONT DEAL WITH THEM! it cost me $200, I should have checked them out online before buying, I got sucked in :(

Reinste Abzocke. Falsches Produkt erhalten das günstiger ist als was ich bestellt hatte.
Auf Anfrage hiess es ich habe nur die Option auf eine Gutschrift die ich dann wieder bei Ihnen einlösen müsste, oder eine "Teilerstattung" von 15% was nicht die Differenz vom Preis deckt.
Zusätzlich haben Sie mir angeboten das Produkt zurückzusenden auf MEINE eigenen Kosten, obwohl dieser ganze Fehler bei Ihnen liegt.

Es la mayor empresa de FRAUDE Y ESTAFA que os podéis encontrar. NO CUMPLEN CON SU POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN. A mi me escribieron un mensaje de que me devolverían el 100% de artículo y que no era necesario que lo devolviera. Y al cabo de 3 días, cuando ese artículo lo había donado a la ONG de la soy voluntaria, me dicen que no, que fue un error de su compañero y que sólo me podían reembolsar el 30% del importe pagado y que devolviera el artículo y me hiciera yo cargo de los costes. Cuando su compañero me había escrito esto: ( palabras textuales):

Il prodotto inviato è completamente diverso da quello pubblicizzato, sia per materiali che per forma. Richiesto il reso alla mail segnalata dal sito, ma la mail non riesce a essere recapitata. Diffidate. Perdete i vostri soldi!

No compres en Noviora. Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido, sin duda, una estafa. Compré un Columpio Terapéutico de Algodón y recibí un artículo completamente diferente, de aspecto barato y que ni siquiera está hecho de algodón. No tiene nada que ver con lo que anunciaban en su página web.

Productos engañosos, precios elevados y cero seriedad. No compres en Noviora. Evítate la frustración y la pérdida de dinero.
