Where to start worst customer service I ever had, the kyc was a nightmare refused my learner permit, every other bookies took it just fine not these clowns, then treated like a dog when you ask a question, and constantly cutting the chat and not responding. Didn't give me the full free bet amount as advertised, also completed the KYC verification and then they asked me to send them a picture of my credit card....??? Never replied to me when I questioned this - Very strange Seems like a scam.

Have you noticed all positive reviews get a response from Novibet, not one response to negative comments. Does it tell you something. Make your own mind up. From personal experience, avoid at all costs.

Not the worst betting site out there, but their customer care is what brings this down to 1 star. What customer care do not allow you to speak to a supervisor when requested? I’m currently in a dispute regarding funds taken from my account which has been ongoing for months and not once have I been able to escalate the case where I could then be in touch with management/supervisors. Im confident the outcome will be successful on my end as their claims are baffling but it’s honestly so unprofessional the way their customer service is run. It’s of the mindset to be as blunt with the customer as possible in the hope they will go away. Was a very loyal customer until I won well and they made some crazy claims as to why I couldn’t have the funds. It’s a shame as these things can be very easily dealt with, without getting third parties involved.

REFUSE TO PAY OUT AFTER KYC COMPLETED.

Deposited €20 fine, they gave me the free bets I was due. Turned this into €100 in 'real money' after betting the free bets and winning.
Completed KYC verification, tried to withdraw my €100 to the same card I deposited with and am met with layers and layers of extra KYC needed.

They have my Credit Card details, they have my Passport details, they have my Home Address and an Eir bill from this month to prove my identity.

Now they want paper confirmation of my mobile phone number, and a photo of me holding my passport.

I am now worried about the amount of information about me this scam website has and wonder who they will sell it to for identity theft.

I should have read the reviews on here before opening an account.

In the past I have used Bet365, SkyBet, Paddy Power, LiveScore Bet and BetVictor, and never had a problem with any of them.

It seems this company and also Tonybet are twinned as scam betting companies to gather information on people.

AVOID and do not send them any documents.

I'm down €100 (well me original €20 deposit really), that's no big deal, but these dodgy c*nts having my identity documents is a lot more worrying for me.

This is not true.
I signed up and you do not get €20 instantly.
So I deposited €10 and placed a bet which by the promotion poster you should receive €50 worth of free bets as a new customer.
Contacted the support and received €5 free bet.

Absolute scam of a company, will not verify my account after a week and and having provided Identification and proof of address 5 or 6 times, keep getting generic email about verification when I try to enquire further, will not not release winnings, avoid at all costs. Total joke of a bookmakers stick to to legit ones, William Hill and Sky and so on

Be very careful with the bonus requirements. They essentially just pull a fast one not to give you majority of the bonus. I would recommend going with legitimate bookmakers such as paddy power or bet365. This is a scam.

Signed up with the new offer which is supposed to give you €20 free bet no deposit necessary. Straight away they try to get you to deposit €10 to get €50 in free bets. There is no sign of the free €20 bet. I don’t know why bookies use offers to get new customers and then don’t give the offer, sure you just lose the customer straight away. Avoid, the €20 offer is either fake or you have to chase them around for it, either way it’s not worth the hassle. Tried to close the account straight away and was asked how long I would like to close the account for lol. Seriously this is what you are dealing with…
