A key part of our approach is helping recruitment businesses access and operate appropriate invoice finance facilities. We work with a range of UK banks and finance providers, helping clients understand their options and supporting the ongoing operation of their facility alongside day-to-day recruitment operations. Our services include weekly payroll processing, invoicing, credit control, cash-flow management, management information, CIS administration and compliance support. We can also provide accounting and bookkeeping services, allowing clients to bring more of their financial and operational infrastructure into one place. Unlike traditional outsourced back-office models, Novex does not take control of client funds or operate a factoring facility. Our clients retain control of their business and banking relationships, while our team provides the operational expertise and infrastructure required to support them.
