Im very happy with my purchase. I put my order in last Wednesday and it said payment completed and it was processing. I read other reviews on here that said just be patient and it will come. He sent me tracking on Friday and it showed up first thing Monday. Awesome service and an excellent research material at a fair price. I will definitely order again

I made my order yesterday and still got no confirmation email. I hope this changes.
Forget that, They got back to me about my concern today. I hope everything goes smooth from here… I will be updating this review

Communication is horrible. I ordered on sat the 2nd and I haven’t heard a peep after several emails just asking for a round about date on when it will be shipped. All it says on the website is it’s” processing “.

they came through for a few months but just stop responding n sending they got me for 2 ordersspebt alot with them the last year. Also I actually was in commincatin with them for a couple months around winter they actually sent a message out saying they switched stores like it was hacked but I looked at the BTC address on both sites it was the same one they just switch stores onse they scammed too much you'll get smaller orders but the last two one bromaz vial n one fxe thing never got either months apart selective scaming. There's lots of better ppl u can find
Don't believe that they got hacked like this guy a couple reviews down said it's literally the same BTC address on all the sites even the newer one the switched 3 stores in about 12 months of dealiling with them. I'm detoxed n dont even care now

I placed an order with novel sciencestore.com about a week and a half ago and I have still not received neither my tracking number or products I’m starting to get really nervous even though I’ve used them hundreds of times in 2002. This is my first order since then and even though I see people on here saying they’ve got their products and that they came after some time and that even though communication is poor, they’re still doing business in a trustworthy manner can someone please let me know how long it took them to get their order I don’t understand why I haven’t gotten a tracking number yet or even my package I was never taken anywhere close to two weeks to even get my package let alone a tracking number Anyone with tips that could help me please let me know. Okay update got my tracking number came in today day now waiting for it to go to usps there communication is the only thing so far i guess dude or she must be drowning in emails I understand when it gets here I’ll rate again and see how it is 💰✌️UPDATE it came today quickest I’ve ever got a package this was my first time buying filled to brim and great so far thank you so much will be coming back that a fact JACK !!!!

My orders have always shown up every time. Sometimes it takes them awhile to send a tracking number, but it’s probably due to the fact there’s only a few reliable vendors anymore and they’re super backed up.
Price per mg is excellent compared to other bromaz vendors out there.
Package has always been intact and bottle filled to the brim.
If you’re order is stuck on “processing” that doesn’t really mean anything it will still be shipped.

Placed an order on Thursday and arrived on Monday. I am amazed on how fast it was able to get here. All in all 5/5 experience, and will shop again.

They are good
They have good stuff and they are legit. Customer service is non existent though.

I got an order with an item missing, and these people don't seem to EVER respond to questions, either directly or through their on-site "contact us" function. It's only been a couple of days this time, but judging by past experience, they never respond to questions. Will update if the situation changes.

I’ve seen them fix something they messed up one time in the comments—nothing like happened for but they’re pretty responsive and I’m sure they’d do the same if I needed it. Just getting what I paid for in a number of days.

Clam has literally nothing in it. I don’t mean underdosed, I mean it’s mostly water and filler.

They’ve been amazing and research has been satisfactory. They are reliable, fast, the quality of the chemical make ups are great for testing. I will keep using them for as long as their product’s quality remains consistent. I’d highly recommend using them as a clearnet company. It seems to be the only quality I know of. Oh, and their customer service is great, some of the best I’ve encountered.

First of all, this company needs to work on their communication skills. You'll be lucky if you even get a confirmation email and sometimes even when you email them about it, You still don't get it. Furthermore, I know they have had some issues in the past with a bugs and their system and all and it's good they fix that. But really the only good thing I can see at this point is that they mail you your product fairly quick. I never had to wait very long on it but I have had to go back and forth with them several times over several different things, mostly technical. And to straw the road of camels back was me ordering hundreds of dollars worth of product and then it being completely bunk and I informed them about this issue and have had absolutely no customer service interaction or any feedback or comments from them. And that really does anger me because the research that I'm doing requires high quality product s in the form of research chemicals. Yes, they may be punctual if they get it right but other than that I can't say too much. This would be a five-star review if they would do like most companies do In this situation and send more product or at least give your credit or a good bit of samples. Because I've never once complained about the quality of the product to them before or anything like that, and I wouldn't do it unless it was just complete garbage this time. Of something. Another email and I'm hoping that they'll tighten up. I've got one order for one bottle left coming in in a few days and I hope that they will include some higher quality stuff and/or extras because at the end of the day between me and my friends/ research partners, we've spent thousands of dollars with novel science and they just don't seem to care about anything but money. Like I said if this changes I will gladly change/update this review But in the meantime I'm going to be honest and I didn't want to come on here and bad mouth anyone's company. But I'm just letting people know what to expect if you're going to deal with them. I won't lie. They're proud of used to be okay but it's just all gone downhill very fast and I'm not sure why that is and I'm not going to accuse them of exit-scamming or being crooks or thieves But as some have suggested both here and on Reddit It does appear as if they selectively scam. Maybe scam isn't the best word, but selectively treat some individuals with more respect and dignity than others. If I ask one simple question then I expect an answer. I love you will get busy but I'm talking about. I've had issues with them where I've had to email them for up to a week at a time and that's just unacceptable. I hope things will change and I hope this review will change and be part of the caveat in that change. I'm very optimistic but I'm also a realist. And then reality. I only gave them two stars because they seem to ship quickly.... Overall. I'm going to see how this last one goes and they actually try to reach out to me without me having to send them two or three emails to get a confirmation number and also see if they're going to do you in the smallest thing to make up for their subpar product that I got in my last order and made clear to them right away. I'd be surprised if they would and it sure would be nice because my birthday is coming up and doing this research is really what keeps me going at this point due to my health. But yeah, we'll see. I hope I can hold my breath with these guys but won't count on it and I don't have many more breaths left to spare so just maintaining as much over positive attitude is possible for I make my ultimate decision as to whether or not I'm going to keep messing with all the science or not. Dozens of orders and never been disappointed. Can be irritating at times because they rarely reply to emails other than the initial email that provides tracking# honest reliable vendor all around tho
