Clear responses, knowledgeable, not rushed.
The person who assisted me and answered my questions was knowledgeable, clear in his responses, and all this while not making me feel rushed. I think I leaned more about Mexican insurance in my one session with Sebastian, than in all the 5 years I have been in Mexico.

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable
The employees are very helpful and good about reminding me of any renewal approaching the due date.
I was surprised recently when I called and left a message asking for a return call. It took about 10 days to get the call and I had already decided that the employee was very likely on vacation. As it turned out that was the case but I am surprised that there wasn't another employee covering for her during her time away from the office. I have used Novamar for many years and at times have had multiple policies. I have always been very pleased with there employees and the service they provide. I highly recommend them.
