If I could give this company zero stars that would be the review.

I ordered 4 packs of pre-filled Easter eggs. They were advertised as being filled with plushies and squishy toys.

What I received was a pack of 12 cheap plastic eggs filled with cheap plastic rubbish. I could have bought better items from TEMU!

I attempted to contact the company on 5 occasions requesting a refund and they never replied to my emails. I then lodged a dispute with my financial institution and they have now lodged a counter claim.

They are a dodgy scam company! I highly recommend NOT purchasing from them!

I purchased a buy 1 get one free and at the end they said they would sell an extra set of prefilled Easter eggs to me for $15. They only sent me the buy one get one free and completely left off the rest of the order and Easter has come and gone and they haven't responded to my emails at all. Very deceptive practices. I am not happy at all.

Seriously, this is a joke!! I ordered double cuz I have a lot of nieces and nephews and I get one little bag with 12 eggs in it like that's not what I paid for at all. What a rip off, not happy at all with company

Only one box delivered, when I ordered two. The size is not what was advertised.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Novallene.

I ordered 2 packs of 30 eggs that were advertised as coming with plushies, but what I received was completely different—just 12 cheap plastic eggs with no resemblance to what was shown. It felt very misleading and disappointing.

I have emailed multiple times to try and resolve this, and have received absolutely no response whatsoever. The lack of customer service is just as bad as the product itself.

This experience has been frustrating and feels like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend buying from them at all

I kindly request that you either fulfill the remaining items by March 28th or issue a full refund for the missing quantity.I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

I am following up once again regarding my order, as I have still not received any response to my previous messages. Please see my prior correspondence below for reference.At this point, I have given ample time for both a response and delivery of my order, and neither has been completely fulfilled. As a result, I am formally requesting a full refund immediately.
I am deeply disappointed with this transaction. I was truly looking forward to having my grandchild enjoy opening this special item, and this experience has been very discouraging.
Please process my refund as soon as possible. If I do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to pursue further action through my credit card company. I have sent approximately 10 emails and the phone number listed doesn’t exist. Do not buy from this company! Save your money!

Ordered Easter stuff paid the express shipped which said it would arrive before Easter. Still do not have it and tracking has not been updated since the time of purchase. Will not be ordering for here again.

Advertised as Needohs, buy one bundle get one free. Arrived much later than advertised, only 1 package (not the extra free one) item was not a needoh and was absolutely tiny.

I ordered over$55.00 of the Pre-filled Easter Eggs. I received 12 Easter Eggs, it's the day after Easter and no eggs still. Buyer beware!!! Do not recommend this company. I have written to them 4 times with no reply.

Rating is not even a 1 Star. So disappointed! Should have received 60 prefilled eggs with assorted small small animals. Only received 12 eggs filled with tiny choking harzard items.
Never again! False advertisement!

Ordered from Novallene, didn't received anything, they were supposed to be for Easter, is Easter today and I've got nothing for the kids, very disappointing with all false advertising, they never respond to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT'S A SCAM .
I received the eggs a day after easter, what a rip off, very cheap looking eggs, in a cheap plastic bag, nothing like I've seen advertised when you get them, in the add it shows a nice box. And was supposed to get a second pack as I bought the buy one get one free, only got one pack, so I still don't recommend this.

I paid $24.99 and only received 12 eggs when I was supposed to received 24 eggs. When trying to reach out to the fraudulent company, I kept getting page can't be found. I will reap what they sow!

I messaged this business 3 times to cancel an order. I never received a response. Order was shipped anyway, and received only 1/2 of the order. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. It's definitely a scam.

I heard back from this company and they told me my original order was 6 eggs, buy one, get one free for a total of 12 eggs! That is a lie. It clearly stated 12 eggs, buy one get one free. They came in a crushed envelope, not broken, but all eggs were open. I wish I had ordered from Amazon. I finally did and got them the very next day!
I WOULD RATE NOVALLENE minus 10! Do not order from these scammers!

Ordered the buy 24 get 24 free. I only received 12 eggs and emailed many times with no reponse.

Don’t buy from this shop, it is a scam. They advertise for 30 pcs pre-filled eggs but they only delivered 12 pcs on cheap plastic eggs that you buy from the dollar shop! It is also advertising buy one get one free which was never delivered!. You have to pay extra $5 for the shipping fee protection and it took 3 weeks to get it delivered! Very very disappointing. So don’t ever buy from this shop! It is horrible and you can’t cancel your orders either and refund is impossible.

-Only recieved 12 of the 60 eggs ordered.
-Emails are ignored
-Have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get reimbursed.
-Stay clear of this company!

Just got screwed by this company! Ordered the pre filled Easter eggs. Was supposed to get 60 of each, received 12! What a scam! I should have known better!
