It is difficult to evaluate an insurer until one needs to make a claim of course, but from a sales perspective, Fae Tyler was efficient and helpful and explained everything I needed to help me feel confident about purchasing a policy that was right for me.

The service isn't perfect but they answer the phone in a timely fashion, which isnt to be sniffed at these days and are quite straightforward.

We contacted Nova Insurance to request a quote for unoccupied house insurance on a property which is up for sale. The whole processes was refreshingly straightforward and quick. We spoke to Jordan Smith who was very helpful and efficient. We were also very pleased with the cost of the premium.

Needed unoccupied property insurance. Went through website and Jordan Smith rang after quotes delivered. I hadn't had time to review all but he said no problem I'll call back in 20mins to give you a chance to review the quotes. 20 mins later he rang back.
