4 weeks since I ordered a ladies shirt- still has not been despatched from wherever it comes from - autogenerated responses when I queried it - don’t even know whether I will receive the item - certainly not an Australian business
Additionally I received an automated response asking for my order # which I have provided on 3 previous occasions with no outcome

Its a scam.Its nothing Aussie business
Dont be misled in thinking that the real product is anyway close to pictures. The quality is poorer than poorest. They try to show its Aussie business,its not. They ship from China and return policy is not there. I ordered a leather jacket whose zip would cut your fingers its that sharp and fabric thinner than a tshirt.Please dont waste your money. I learnt very hard way

What a pile of s**t. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Clothes are not as pictured, refunds are non existent and customer service is as sh*t as their clothes!

Wouldn't trust another purchase
Wouldn't trust another purchase.
Experienced extended delay in correcting my order then when the parcel finally arrived instead of two winter dresses - the fabric is super thin polyester (feels more like thin plastic) and three sizes larger.

This company is Temu!!!!!
Save yourself the money and buy from Temu, as the items come from there anyway. Complete rip off paid $80 aud for a coat that I could have bought from temu for $15. Absolutely crap clothes. Do not bother, they are a fraud. I had a delivery due from temu that day and my order from "Nouvar" also arrived. Same drop off, same bag and shipping label. I feel so silly for getting duped.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered a few items for my daughter and they literally felt like a plastic bag. They say that they are based in Canada and offer free returns but when you ask to return it, they say you have to ship it back to China, but then have an Australian address. So is the company based in Canada, China or Australia? Returns are not free and not simple. Clothing is cheaply made, and all tags are cut off.
