Great staff. Amazing refillable olive oil, empanadas, fresh sourdough organic vegetables and more . Nourished communities is amazing to have!

I usually don't write reviews but I was very surprised as this week my order didn't show. I sent an email explaining the situation and within less than 15 min I got a call on my phone from Nourished Communities to explain what had happened and offer a solution.

Might seem small but to me that is top tier customer service. Especially after horrible experiences with other companies trying for hours and 3 different channels to get to a real person.

The delivery company they use is similarly customer-focused and very easy to use, with nice delivery people who actually(!) climb up two flights of stairs to deliver boxes to your door.

This is a great shop and I recommend highly: it is not cheap, because it has top quality delicious deli type food and the selection is excellent - and they do have deals.
They also have v comprehensive refill service for cleaning products and non dairy milk.
They are always very friendly, and provide excellent service for ordering/getting things.
Bread, crumpets and empanadas and fresh veg/fruit really delicious.

It was a present and, although it had to be put together hastily in the shop as had not arrived from wherever it was meant to come from, it was, according to the recipient, delicious

Amazing service and beautiful hamper ordered from New Zealand to my son and his family in London. Good updates on delivery and delivered on time. The quality of the produce is excellent. My son was extremely happy. Will definitely us Nourished Communities again in the future.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The veggie box is absolutely worth.

very limited amount of vegetables in box and also not great quality

We didn’t think that produce was good enough, all too small and some leaves didn’t even look like salad, isn’t worth for the price, so we’re going back to oddbox

Great veg, really friendly, fun store with lots of interesting and yummy products!

I love the folks at Nourished Communities. When my order turned out to be 3 bunches of beetroot instead of 3 beetroot, they happily took back the excess and refunded me. All the produce was farm fresh. And the jars of chickpeas are stupendously good.

Box delivered on time, varied contents. Some fruit and vegetables really needed to be consumed immediately
