Great App When It Works… But Support Needs Serious Improvement
The app itself works well when it’s functioning properly. However, I’ve run into recurring issues—sometimes it doesn’t generate transcripts in the Google Sheet, and other times, it doesn’t generate anything at all.
The biggest frustration, though, is customer support. Reaching out via chatbot or email is a nightmare! They take forever to respond. For example, my current issue started on March 20, and as of March 27, I still haven’t heard back. Every issue takes way too long just to be acknowledged, let alone resolved.
If the support were better, this app would be great—but right now, it’s a real pain.

Pésima página, pagamos dos planes anuales y se supone que se hizo por todo el año, no pasaron más de tres meses y nos están cobran de nuevo los dos usuarios. El cargo lo tienen como recurrente a la tarjeta, cuando ni siquiera se domicilió el servicio. Si es gratuita, sólo te dan opciones muy limitadas, de tres o cinco reuniones al mes, cosa que no funciona si tienes clases o cuestiones laborales.
La mejor en la toma de notas y resumen ejecutivo
La estoy usando con la versión Español Latinoamericano y funciona de maravilla, identifica perfectamente quien dice las cosas, el lenguaje muy bien y el resumen bien resumido y muy ejecutivo. Me encanta su discreción, ya que solo tu sabes que estas tomando las notas, no entra como otro invitado eso esta muy bien y la exportación de las notas al drive de google es muy práctico! es un 10 de 10
Almost two weeks and no account deletion at all
It's quite hard to trust a company whose technical support prefers deferring the Right To Be Forgotten, and after eight days went by, no action was taken. Yet, this company once had access to my corporate calendar and was listening to all conversations.
[UPDATE] After 15 days and negative reviews on trust platforms, they decided to delete my account. They asked me to delete the review, but I still do not recommend this software.

Works decently, but I ran into problems and have messaged both their in-app help and emailed them directly with no reply. So, the customer service is non-existant.
It still works, and I upgraded to the premium version, but if I find another option - I would cancel immediately.
