Hi DD, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. And thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We do mention the contents in the 'Product Weight' section but we also realise that that's probably not enough. We will make the necessary changes and make it clearer. Have a lovely day!

Hi Alison, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your coffee. We're not sure which one of our coffees you're referring to (we think autocorrect is the culprit). Please get in touch with us at hello@notescoffee.shop to let us know more so that we can better understand what went wrong! Cheers!
Blackwall is the best!
The coffee is really good, and makes a lovely flat white. I feel that the speed that the water is pushed through the capsule and therefore speed of the coffee coming outside is very slow, drip by drip! I wondered if that was due to them being compostable. I would recommend the blackwall capsules, but was disappointed with the speed of the flow.

Hi Liberty! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying our coffee pods. We're less than thrilled to hear that it's coming out so slowly! We're very sorry to hear this and would love it if you got in touch with us at hello@notescoffee.shop and let us know the batch number of your coffee pods (which you can find on the box) so that we can see if this is a batch issue. Thank you!

Blooming deeeeeliscious
Blooming deeeeeliscious. Ive been trying to find a way to replace Nespresso and their aluminium pods which after a few years have started to leave a metal taste in my mouth and are terrible for the environment but I couldn't find a company that was up to par regarding flavour. At last I've found it.
