Me and my fiancée have collected a few notch bands now and they’re really nice to wear and have always had a good experience ordering online. They deliver really quick, even when I ordered one customised last minute for a birthday and it came within a week.

Loved this bracelet as it was pratical for my medical details ,unfortunately it lasted 3 weeks and must have got caught on something and fell off and lost, if the clasp wasn't magnetic I would have felt the tug and realised.Ive worn a bangle and nomination ikon for 6 years with no issues otherwise I did rate it quite well on style and practical function .it was my second one my wife bought as the first one was too big .

Great customer service with quick responses. I ordered a bracelet which was the incorrect size for me and they were happy to swap it to the correct size! Love personalised notch’s for my running bracelet. Quicker delivery than expected. Will be ordering again.

Recently order a bracelet and one of the notches was wrong.prompt reply from customer services to sort it out. Love my bracelet and personalised notches - recommend it 100%

So far the I love the bracelet, unfortunately I am disappointed in some of the notch's, unless you get a dark colour you can't really see what is written on them! I think they should offer black writing for the light colour notch's.

The bracelet material seems very cheap for the £70 price tag. I have only had mine since June 2024 and it’s already fraying. The clasp has also gone rusty inside. I thought for the price it was designed to be worn all day every day but it appears not as it’s starting to look tatty.

I bought my boyfriend a bracelet and have been adding a few hike notches as we do them. It’s such a great idea and good keepsake. Customer support has always been very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t recommend this company enough! 10/10

FANTASTIC SERVICE
Ive just received my replacement loop and bracelet.
I ordered a loop key ring and a bracelet, I opted to have both engraved with our wedding date. With out going into detail I gave the wrong date😝 I contacted notch by email on the evening they arrived(the day after ordering). They contacted me the following morning offering to replace both if I covered the cost of the engraving which I was more than happy to do. Paid for it yesterday and they arrived today😊

This is a great idea but the mechanism is awful. I lead a fairly active lifestyle, the type of person this product markets towards, and I have a four month old baby. I was gifted this bracelet after the London marathon but unfortunately lost it a few weeks later. I put this down to clumsiness/lack of sleep with a new baby. However, on purchasing a new one, the mechanism has failed on me three times causing me to find it in my boot, on the floor in my home and ultimately it’s failed on me outside during a run and is lost again. Cannot buy in confidence again

Unsurpassed customer service. My notches always arrive within one or two days of ordering. Recently I decided that my bracelet was still a little big even with the collection growing, so I contacted the company. They offered to make me a custom length bracelet to replace it and were extremely quick off the mark with responses. Bravo.

I ordered my notch bracelet and because they are made individually it took 3 days to arrive I have had several stainless steel bracelets before and for whatever reason they failed this is like paracord fasten together with a super strong I would even say an iridium magnet the notch are fastened on by rubber tight rings so they won't fall off should the magnight get pulled apart. The notches are vast and varied I will be buying several more I can't say how much I love mine so much.

Perfect customer service. I have a few Notches and I noticed that one of the rubber spacers had broken off. I sent a message to the online chat, had a reply on the Sunday and replacements arrived Wednesday. Faultless.

We unfortunately had an issue with the original bracelet ordered as it seemed to have dropped off in under a week, however NOTCH replied to my email straight away confirming i would be able to get a free replacement.
Couldnt ask for any better customer service it was absolutely amazing and so fast!!

The clasp on the bracelet just isn't safe lost two of these second one to replace the first and a lot of notches. Notch were really helpful and gave me a replacement bracelet free but the charms are expensive and have lost about £400. Buy with caution am trying to source a bracelet with a proper fastening that will accommodate the charms. Do not use a notch bracelet for your charms. I was devastated to lose mine. This happened in 2022

Superb service from Notch. I ordered a bracelet and customised Notch. But the Notch delivered was not what I wanted.

My fault? Their fault? Not sure, but they exchanged my Notch for a new one with better symmetry 🐦

I was so excited to receive this as I’ve had many that have been lost. Great reviews in durability and strong fastening, spent £200 of Christmas money to build my bracelet with personalised charms to only have it fall off. Not even had it two months, same awful quality as Pandora where you pay money and they still fail and fall off. Would never purchase again. As bad as Pandora in flimsy clasp and lost charms.

I needed to replace my bracelet that I have had for nearly 4 years, they were both amazing in their helpfulness and the speed of resolving my problem. I wear my bracelet all the time and its a great way to remenber some great events in my family and my own life, it always brings a smile to my face.

Firstly the bracelets are great. My partner and I both have one and have started collecting Notches for each other after being disappointed by a Pandora bracelet. My brother has also just ordered for his wife too.

Unfortunately, my partner lost her bracelet (I don’t think this was a fault with the clasp as they are very strong) but the customer service was second to none. They had resolved it straight away, came up with a great solution and to my emails in under 5 minutes, even on a Sunday.

Really lovely product and quick customer service response to a query. My daughter loves her medical id NOTCH bracelet, it’s so modern compared to others and it gives me peace of mind knowing that all her conditions, as well as emergency contact details are on the notches.
