What an amazing service. I am chair of a charity that helps the disabled and while
I was on vacation the Microsoft systems went down and Microsoft needed a notarised document from myself to authorise the manager of the charity to act on behalf of the organisation. The process couldn’t have been simpler, it was all done in under an hour. The following day Microsoft came back and wanted the document changed, and NitiryPublic24 notorized the changed document at no extra charge. Big thanks to Karl for his help. I needed a legal document translated from English to Spanish and certified and apostilled. The service was professional and very swift with a 24 hours turnaround. I couldn't recommend NP24 highly enough.

Warning! Notary Public/Notarius Publicus Apostille24 impersonated by Notaryypublic24.com. The impersonating company links their Google reviews to Notarius Publicus Apostille24, has a different phone number which they do not answer, and an email address, also different from the supposedly legitimate company, to which they do not respond. It is therefore impossible to contact them. Also, their HuYoo system is less sophisticated than the original. I have yet to receive the notarised documents despite paying for the service on 11 May. I have had no response to my emails, and the phone has not been answered. Notary24/Notarius Publicus Apostille24 is aware that they are being impersonated, but are cagey about providing information. There is no warning for potential customers. It is difficult not to be suspicious. It is also highly unusual for the best of companies to have consistent 5 star ratings. ChatGPT was able to discern potential issues and point out that it was very difficult to decide on definite fraud, but warned to exercise extreme caution and that I should join Cifas and report fraud. It also advised to ask about the credentials and names of the actual notary publics and solicitors, as well as procedures and safeguards used. AI could find no such details about Noratypublic24.com. I would strongly advise not to use any of these services and to rather pay more to go and see a live solicitor to have sensitive documents notarised. This review is obviously unprompted because notarypublic24.com is an impersonator, and the other company does not want bad press by association.

Not great from start to finish. Yes they provided an electronic apostille service of sorts, but not the one promised.

FlIm from The UK, paid for the service only to find out it wasn't a UK applied aposyille, but one from Sweden. On top of which, e-apoatille is very vague. No digital signature, just a scanned copy in pdf format.

To be fair, they have since provided a refund, but even what rhey advertised is not what they delivered.

A complete waste of money and time.
Spent good money on having two documents for a marriage in italy notarized and then sent them to the uk FCDO only to be told they were not correctly completed and photo copy which they don not accept (as this was all done via scan etc) so was never going to be accepted.

Amazing service. I was skeptical to start after I have not received my confirmation of my order. Everything went easy online. But as soon as I spoke to Melissa, their costumer service, I began to have peace of mind. She said to resend the documents I need to notarised and will be done in 2 hours. Surprisingly, after an hour, I received my notarised document with certification. Truly the reviews were honest.

I used this company’s service and overall my experience was mixed.

On the positive side, they respond quite quickly and their communication is generally efficient.

However, there was an important issue. I specifically needed UK documents to be apostilled, but they arranged an apostille through a Swedish authority instead, without clearly flagging the difference. When I raised this concern, it was initially treated as if it wasn’t an issue.

That said, once I clarified the situation, they agreed without any argument and issued a refund promptly.

Please pay close attention to the service you are ordering.
