Notary Pin is an apostille and document authentication company serving clients nationwide. We started in 2022 with a simple observation: getting a document apostilled was harder than it needed to be. Every state has its own rules, the wrong version of a document gets sent back, and a visa interview or a closing date does not move just because the paperwork is confusing. So we built the service we wished existed. One number to call. A named specialist who owns your order from the first conversation to final delivery. A timeline and a price before you commit to anything. The work happens where your document does. We process every order in the state that issued it, with walk-in agents at Secretary of State offices and the U.S. Department of State where the fastest turnaround options exist, and established mail-in channels everywhere else. Embassy legalization is included when the destination country requires it, and every finished document comes back to you tracked. Processing starts at 1 business day for most states; standard mail-in takes about two weeks. Recent orders have included birth, marriage, and death certificates, FBI background checks, powers of attorney, diplomas and transcripts, corporate documents, and naturalization certificates. In the 12 months ending August 2026 we completed more than 1,800 orders for more than 1,500 clients, with documents going to more than 90 countries. We also arrange mobile notarization nationwide, available any hour with advance notice. Call (858) 800-3298 and tell us what the document is and where it's going.

Notary Pin, Inc are scammers

Notary Pin, Inc is a fly-by-night company. I hired them on 10/5 to provide apostille services for a marriage certificate from VA to be used in Peru. As of today 10/29 I haven't received the document. I arrived to Peru a week ago and the docs did not arrive. I am spending tons of money in hotel and meals waiting for the document. The only things they have given me are excuses and lies. Stay away from those scammers!

Svar fra Notary Pin Apostille & Mobile Notary Services

Curtis, we understand your frustration, and we are sorry this is still affecting your trip.

Again we have already refunded your full $529 on October 23 and are finishing your apostille and express DHL shipping it to your attorney in Peru at no charge. We have continued communication with you and continued to update you. We cannot control government changes and policies.

We have communicated to you that Virginia has issued it, and it is now in the mail to us with the USPS tracking we shared with you. The day it arrives we will ship it by DHL directly to your attorney in Peru, as you arranged, so you don't need to wait in Peru for it.

We'll keep you updated until it's delivered. We will continue to stay in communication with you until this is received.

Thank you,
Jonathan

A+ Comms

I really valued their level of continuous communication as the process unfolded. Everyone on the staff seem to work together quite well and knew exactly what was going on. From the beginning they inspired confidence that they could get the job done with no issues, and they did.

The process was easy and transparent

The process was easy and transparent. The customer service staff communicated with me regularly to keep me informed and they responded to my questions and messages promptly. The pricing was (although expensive) competitive with other companies offering the service. For my needs, the cost was worth the convenience and the peace of mind knowing that I would have my documents executed accurately and efficiently. Many thanks to NotaryPin!

Svar fra Notary Pin Apostille & Mobile Notary Services

Thank you for the detailed review, Cathie. What you described is the standard we hold ourselves to: clear updates throughout, fast responses, and documents executed correctly the first time. When an apostille or notarization gets rejected, the real cost is the weeks it takes to fix it, so we'd rather over-invest in getting it right up front. Glad it was worth it for you, and thank you for choosing us.
